A ABSOLUTE BEST LOCKSMITH

I called this company because they were listed well here on Angie's List. The guy I talked to was gruff on the phone. I had lost my keys. He told me it would cost more than $200 to get the keys made. After talking to him, I called the dealership. They made me new keys for $10. I don't appreciate people trying to charge me more than $200, when the actual cost is $10.

When I called for a service person to come out, I asked for a time frame. They told me someone would come between noon and 1:30pm. When no one showed up by 2:30pm, I called the office and was then called by the service man. He said he was on his way over. At 3:30pm he still wasn't there. I called and cancelled the appointment. Everyone was polite, but it was inconsiderate to give me a time and then not call to say they'd be later.

The company gave us the best bid on the work that had to be done. The employees completed their work in about forty-five minutes. They were quick to come out after I called them & were on time.

THE SERVICEMAN WAS REASONABLY PROMPT AND FRIENDLY, HAD SEVERAL GOOD SECURITY SUGGESTIONS, AND WAS VERY CONSCIENTIOUS ABOUT HIS WORK.
