They came out twice. First time to see what the problem was then leave to get the part. Called when they were on the way back a couple of hours later had the washer fixed in 15 minutes and were finished.

The gentlemen were very nice. Also when I told them I need to be at work at a certain time, they arrived earlier than the time I was told. Got right to it, and I had plenty of time to get to work on time. That may have been because the other appointment didn't take as long as anticipated. But instead of dawdling, they came straight over and arrived early. That doesn't happen often.

I thought the A&A guys were going to be really good; they seemed to be knowledgeable and replaced the non-working ice maker on my refrigerator-freezer; I presumed it would be fixed, and I would have ice later. I came home some hours later, and there still is no ice in the icemaker. I called the cell phone number used by the workman but no one answered. It is now almost 8:30 p.m. Over three hundred dollars later, I still don't have a working ice maker nor any ice....although I was told they were installing a new ice maker. I am not very happy. If something else needed to be done, I should have been told. I will certainly call tomorrow, but I am not a happy customer tonight. I thought the workman was very helpful and cordial but I expected to be left with a working ice maker, especially after the charge of over $300.00. If something else needed to be done, I should have been told. I am very very disappointed.

Great pros but I have a cooktop that there are replacement parts are impossible to get. They tried their best to make it work and even found replacement cooktops for me at discounted prices. Great personalities and I will definitely use them in the future.

Aron arrived on time, did what he said he would, fixed my lid switch on my washer. I should have called him the first time. Sears was not able to fix it. Aron was less expansive with no hassle. Would absolutely use him again.

We had a couple of miscommunications, but the main thing is that I had my dryer repaired the next day. Aaron was knowledgeable and quick.

I spoke with Aaron to fix my dryer. He had asked what steps I had taken for troubleshooting and was diligent to eliminate probable causes. They worked to get me the lowest cost fix and it worked great!
