On Saturday 11/29/14 at 8:00am , I went to 1800flowers online to order a flower arrangement for a birthday. Delivery was supposed to be before 7:00pm on 11/29/14. At 3:00pm on 11/29/14 I was called and told that the arrangement I selected was not available --- 7 hours into the delivery day!!!!. I selected and alternative arrangement which they said could not be delivered on Saturday, 11/29/14 but would be delivered on Sunday 11/30/14 before 7:00pm. At 7:00pm on Sunday I called them and they had no information on where the order was or when / if it would be delivered. If you want a delivery on time, DO NOT USE 1800flowers. these are very unprofessional answering their phones and a highly unreliable company.
