They showed up on time to review the project, gave their bid and said It could be done the next day. They were scheduled to start at 2p.m. and showed up at 1:45 and completed the job within the estimated time. The result of acid washing our pool is stupendous, looks brand new.

Miguel was great to work with. He is very flexible and reasonable when changing idea or plans. He explains the products and techniques if you ask so you're comfortable with what he's doing. Our pool looks great and i'm sure it will last another 20 years. He'll be my first call if i need more work done.

Bad Experience! Francis pool said they repaired a leak in my pool by the light. My pool still leaked and now my pool lights don't work. I called them back to have them come back again. They said they would check their schedule and call me back. They never did. They cashed my check and I never heard from them again. I would give them a zero, but that isn't on your scale.

Miguel was extremely professional. He showed up when he said he would, and was very prompt on calculating and communicating his estimate to me. Once I decided to use his services, he told me his availability, and showed up to start the job when he said he would. He informed me of the timing of the process to resurface the pool, and told me what the schedule would be. He completed the project as he said he would. Out of 3 bids for the project (all very similar), his was in the middle, but had an additional year's warranty. I'm very pleased with how it turned out, and I intend to use Miguel in the future for any pool maintenance/repairs.

I had a leak in my pool equipment plus another couple of problems. Francis Pool Service came within a couple of hours, then returned with new parts the next day (Saturday) and completed the job very professionally. Very approachable and helpful. Will definitely use again.

Migel, came right outand fixed the job. I was a hard heater to fix and we could not have been more pleased.

Extremely professional. Didn't have parts upon arrival, however, within a few hours he returned and made the necessary repairs. He also performed these services under adverse weather conditions and offered suggestions on obtaining parts in the future to avoid additional repair charges. He did not make excuses for areas in which he was not knowledgable, but did assure me that he would contact me in the near future with recommendations at that time.
