Had the replaster my pool. The surface is not evenly colored. White spots, stains, and fading. Jets are not mounted flush they never complete plumbing, deck sealing, or mastic. Never properly repaired skimmer as requested. Left tile fragments and dried mortar everywhere. Cleaned tools and dumped waste in my flower beds in both the front and back yard. No communication and no documentation or instructions on the care of new plaster.

Two months after the Feb 2021 freezing Texas weather event, I needed a heater manifold replacement. Francys accepted the match to my repair request on Angi. Francys was courteous but wanted to offer used parts for the job, and charge more than double the price ($500) than a brand new part at the local pool store, plus charge $250 for the simple installation (total $750). When I asked why so expensive compared to the price of a new part, Francys explained that there were no new parts in stock anywhere and that customers were desperate to pay whatever price to fix their heater **because folks want to be able to have their kids** pool parties now and are willing to pay whatever for this heater repair part?. I ended up using another local Houston pool repair business for half the price for both the part and the labor.

All of my questions were answered quickly. Miguel arrived on time, as scheduled, and completed the heater replacement job. Francys was the lowest bid but they did not ground the heater and I had to have an electrician come out to do it. I think that should be a part of the installation.

Overall, Francys did a very nice job on replacing our water level tile and the price was reasonable. Miguel is very responsive and helpful and met us at the tile store to review tile samples and provide recommendations. There are a few areas where the fit and finish could have been better, that's the reason for the 4.0 rating. Also, they left many clumps of grout in the bottom and sides of the pool on the plaster. Be aware that, if you have your tile replaced, your pool will be a mess afterward. You'll have to replace about half the water and it will take at least a couple of days to filter out all the sediment left over and to get the chemistry right. We also had to remove several chunks of old tile from the bottom of the pool. It would have been nice to have had some warning about the cleanup required once the process was completed.

Excellent response time with a great price. Beat out all of the competitors and was able to install our pool pump within a few hours of asking.

My complaint is the customer service was extremely poor. He did not honor, as explained to us, the warranty after numerous attempts to make contact after payment was made.

Miguel is on the ball. Did a pressure test the same day and had the leak fixed 3 days later. I was concerned that we’d have a problem with our stained decking being cut up. Miguel matched it well. A little dirt and fading and no one will notice.
