The contract was signed with the owner Glenn on Aug, 2016 and he insisted on a down payment of $2500. Down payment was given and he never returned to do work. I looked for him and found him several months later. He sent his crew of 4 guys over to dig holes which took three days. He then requested $2500. To pay his crew or they wouldnt return to finish the job. I paid his friend Jon $2000. Jon never paid his crew and the job came to a stand still. Again Glen and Jon avoid all contact with me for weeks. They took $4500.00 cash and all i was left with was 34 small holes under my house. I contacted SAPD and spoke with a detective. I did some checks on Glenn and found out he had a judgment against him for stealing money from elderly. He is a complete scam artist. I am in Law Enforcement myself and i fell for his scam. After several attempts to contact him, he agreed to meet. We met and i demanded my money back, he once again asked to give him a chance to finish the job. I fell for it again and agreed to let him finish. He finally sent over a 3 man crew. I showed up on Friday with a cement mixer and three jacks so the crew could finish the job. I worked with them 10 hours and the job was semi complete. I am having an engineer and city inspectors review the job. Im sure its not up to specs. Glen and Jon are crooks and you need to stay clear. Do not do business with either one. Several prior clients have contacted me with their horror stories and bad experiences and we are working on a class action lawsuit. Update to come.

They were even worse then the first company that I had used. They did completely different work then they said they would on their estimate. They were suppose to put in 'sonotubs' in the foundation. They didn't, they put in these black tubs that didn't look quite right. After further investigation I found that the tubs weren't solid concrete like they were suppose to be. The were concrete on the top but the rest towards the bottom was filled with trash, cans, dirt and other things. They were extremely dishonest. We are pursuing legal action towards them and would warn against anyone using them.
