We have used them several times and they always do a great job. We keep calling them back as the work is always very good. They are quick to come and give an estimate and they are quick with the installation. They come when they say they will and they clean up after themselves. We would definitely recommend them.

"I wonder if this review was meant for the previous supplier? I know she was not happy with the service she had been receiving another company, but absolutely loved Lanham Window Company. This review was written in 2013 and we last worked on her home in 2016 and everything was great. I am not familiar with any issues at all. In fact, she has given us a 5 star rating (highest possible score) on our critique sheets each time we have worked for her."

They were very good with the work that they did and everything worked out well. The service man was installing glass in the window in a bedroom and one of the panes of glass broke and they did reorder the glass and they got it in very quickly after that.

The service turned out great. They were on time with their appointment. They did the work within two hours so it was quick. Everything turned out great and they did not make a mess with the work. They had a booth at the home and garden show and when I did my research, I was looking for a business that had been in business for a long time and one that had a very good reputation in the community. I did this as we do have other windows that need to be replaced in the future.

I was extremely pleased with them. The price was substantially less compared to other bids that I received. The service was really prompt as they had a crew out within a day or two to do the work. The people that came out were very courteous and knowledgeable. I was generally very happy with the service.

He was punctual and courteous. He clearly knew what he was doing and worked quickly and efficiently. He did not have enough parts to complete the job on the first day, but promised to order the additional parts needed and call when they were available. He called the next week and came out to complete the job.

It went amazing! The men showed up in the hot Texas sun and worked to replace all of the doors and windows as contracted. The men were very professional in their work and cleaned up any mess their work created. I will always use Lanham for ALL of my window and door needs.

When I called, Jackie was very helpful and pleasant. She answered all my questions and gave me a price and an approximate date they could do the work. After trying several other vendors, I felt that they were the best. I had spoken to the door manufacturer, and they told me the insert itself (with mini-blinds between two panes of glass) would cost $207 if I picked it up and installed it myself. So I felt that the cost from Lanham doors was reasonable. I called back and set up the job for the following week. Nick arrived ten minutes early and got the job done quickly and professionally. He cleaned up everything afterwards. He also answered a question I had about another of our doors. I was very pleased overall.

"I had spoken with this customer during the course of installation. She shared some concerns that, quite frankly, concerned me as well. I shared those concerns with my staff. We determined it was best to send a different installer to complete the job. I believed that the original installer could have corrected his issues, but sometimes it is best to start with a fresh pair of hands and a new face. I know most customers will judge the character of a company by how well they take care of a problem."

It is not fair to Mr. [member name removed], or professional, to explain the exact reasoning in this public forum. I am surprised at the issues Mr. [member name removed]presents in his critique as they are all new to me. His critique helps me to validate my decision to walk away from this job in a more positive manner. Angie’s List is a great forum for the consumer to seek advice, or experiences with prospective vendors. There is no such forum for the vendor to determine if they should or should not do business with a prospective consumer. We only have our gut instinct. I will not attempt a job if I do not feel I can at least meet your expectations. I am very grateful to all of our customers who have selected, and trusted us with their home.
