Tommy was terrific. He came by promptly on a cold day. He was forthright and seemed more interested in listening to our concerns with Kathy’s garage than he was selling. My girlfriend hired this company in August, 2021 for a garage door opener install. This cost more than $600 which included a three year warranty. Less than a year later the opener stopped working and when they came out they stated she needed additional springs which cost her $345. Two trained technicians stated her garage door was too heavy for the opener that they originally installed. UNBELIEVABLE!! Why didn't they tell her that when they first came out to do the install? Now, one year later the opener stopped working but this time it caused garage door damage where the opener track connects to the garage. they would not honor their warranty and stated that they did nothing wrong and tried to charge her full price for a new garage door and opener ($1600). Their is nothing "Christian or Family" about this company (like their business name states)! My advise, don't use this company!!

My experience was very poor, the first installation was made last 8/24/2021 for the garage door opener that has been broken and damaged but they refused to give a warranty on the repair that needs done on my garage door opener, the next installation was 5/21/2022 the garage door opener has been broken again, I was charged a thousand dollars for the first and second installation but no warranty guaranteed that time and now they area asking for $1600 for them to repair my garage door.

We are so pleased with this company and will definitely use them again. My 27 year old garage door went off the rails on a Tuesday morning. I called and they had someone out that same day to diagnose issue. As old as garage door system was, it really just needed to be replaced. They were able to get new garage door replaced on Thursday. WOW! The installation looks fantastic. The work was perfect. From the folks who spoke to me for scheduling, the super nice guy that did the estimate, and the two guys that did such an amazing and fast job - under 2 hours - the service was top notch from beginning to end. Called Family Christian Doors in a panic since cars were trapped in our garage when garage door would not open. Steven was at our house within a few hours, diagnosed the problem, gave us a very reasonable estimate and completed the repair. He explained what he had done and made some suggestions for potential future repairs since parts of the system are quite old. He told us what signs of stress on the motor would look like so we can have it replaced if needed before it gives out. It is hard to find an honest garage door repair company and we are pleased to have found FCD.

Tommy showed up on time and was very professional and easy to deal with. He made the repairs needed to fix the issue and prevent future ones. Really please with Tommy and this company. I will be calling them again if I need help with my garage door and will not hesitate on recommending them!

Rehung top two sections of a double garage door which was off track and replaced all hinges. (Did NOT try to sell me a new door or charge me a minimum price for a "crashed door" plus parts and labor like previous estimate from another company) A straight Labor, Parts plus tax bill! Garage Door

Excellent work. Tech showed up and realized the part he had was the wrong size because my door was 8 foot. Rather than cancel the job, he made a special trip to the warehouse late on Saturday to get my part and was back within the hour. He did excellent work and went the extra mile in cleaning up the wiring mess from the previous owner of our house. He also gave me a garage door tune-up free (used a coupon I didn't even know was available to me). Highly recommend these guys.

They replaced two old springs with one single center spring, replace all the rollers and also tightened the door bolts. They also lubricated the spring, rollers & tightened the door bolts on the other garage door. I would hire them again.

They were quick and professional. I would recommend them again.
