Easy and professional. I placed a call, they told me what day they'd be able to take a look at it. Mr. Berryman said there was a high probability they'd be able to fix it on the spot, said there'd be no charge for an estimate. The repair crew showed up on time and they finished their work within a couple hours. They were very straight forward and professional. 

When they arrived, which was already around noon, they started and actually finished, removing the old roof shingles that same day. They arrived the next day at 7:00am sharp and started tearing out rotted decking and fascia from all around the house. Then they started putting the tar paper down (double layer). They started laying shingles after that and were through that evening. These guys worked together like a military squad. I didn't see anybody not doing something. Either sweeping  and or cleaning up. Pretty awesome crew!

Work was great and didn't take them more than 45 mins. He even used a pad to prevent any other damage. This was also a reasonable price.

The representative James Reynolds for Berryman was here on the day he said that he would be, gave me a much better price than the other companies that I called by more than 20% and they repaired the entry way in one day and painted as promised.  It looks great and I saved money.  They did a great job.

I called the office and was told that someone would call me back.  Wtihin a couple of hours, I recieved a phone call from Rudy.  He came out the next day and gave me an estimate.  This was the 3rd estimate I had gotten and this bid was  several hundred dollars less.  The project was started approximately 3 weeks later due to issues on my part.  It was completed in 2 days. 

He gave me an estimate. I signed and returned the estimate.  The next afternoon He and his crew showed up. The job was completed before they left that evening. Excelent work,  fast work. good price.  They cleaned up before they left.  They were very courteous.

The project manager provided me with details and choices and cost. They were mostly timely and professional communicating when there were cost or other issues associated with the project.

Berryman crews were awesome.  They came in on Monday and got started, by the end of the day they had the garage roof torn off and started going back on.  By Tuesday morning they were finished with the garage.  They had 2 crews working on the house on Tuesday and had the side wall finished and all framing on the porches done.  As work continued Frank was coming in and out checking on the porgress and staying in touch with us daily.  By Saturday around 2:00 p.m. they were done with everything.  They left the areas all clean, I haven't found any nails or debris on the ground.  Every one of the employees were courteous and professional.  We have recommended Berryman Roofing to several friends and will continue to sing their praises.

The job went very smoothly. It did not go perfectly; some difficulties with a couple of the exhaust vents, but they were quick to make corrections and did so to my complete satisfaction. Poor.  Estimator was "fast" talker. He tried to handle everything by phone, until I emailed him I needed a written estimate.

After initial estimate, crew came in and were fast and neat.  no regrets

He found that there was a nail that had gone too far.  He fixed the nail, patched up the whole, and didn't charge me a dime.  Told me to call him if any other problems occurred.  Great experience.

I had called Berryman after another roofer took nearly $15,000 from me
and left the state without doing any work. After that experience it was
important for me to do considerable research before hiring another
roofer. I called three roofers, including Berryman, to get estimates. I
told each roofer that I was getting other estimates. When the
salesman from Berryman called with their estimate, I thanked him and said I would get back to him as soon as I got the other two estimates and could compare them. He began swearing at
me and telling me I owed him $150. for engineer fees for looking at my
roof and that he would have never bothered if he knew I may not use
him. I hung up on him while he was still ranting and called the owner.
The owner met with me and "explained" that the salesman had a short fuse
and had done this before but asked that I still consider them. He then
began talking about his strong belief in Christ and asked about my relationship with God (I
believe this was an effort to get me to trust him, but I did not feel it was appropriate). But he never once apologized.
When he sent me an estimate, I declined.

Mike was great - he helped us through the entire process and made it very easy for us.  Workers finished the job very quickly and cleaned up well afterwards.  Would highly recommend them to anyone needing residential roof services.

They appeared to do a really good job. My husband dealt with them mostly. They did the work and everything was A - okay. I would rate them overall a B. We did get several bids and they were a little bit higher but they did a little more, like picking up afterwards. My husband bought all the materials and they just put it on for us. We would use them again if needed.

They were very quick to respond and very quick to do the work. They did a great job overall!

From the estimate to the finished product, everything was done very efficiently and professionally.

Our roof had been leaking slightly over the last year & we just knew we needed a new roof. I called 4 different roofing companies to obtain quotes on the replacement of our roof & Berryman Roofing was the ONLY one which responded! Two of the other companies were listed on Angie's list as well but NON RESPONSIVE to my request. It probably was a blessing in disguise, because David from Berryman Roofing was outstanding. The office responded promptly to my request & David ( Representative) was on the phone with me the next day & out to our home the following.
David, informed us we didn't have to have a new roof at this time, there was minor repair work that needed to be done & would solve our problem. I have to say his honesty was shocking & very much appreciated, he could have just as easily told us yes you need a new roof right now. His honesty and prompt service, with a reasonable price certainly earned my business from now on. When the time comes to replace our roof, I will be calling Berryman Roofing.  Wonderful folks!!!

They did great. It was extremely hot when they did this. They had it done in 2 days and cleaned up everything.

He was on time, very professional and wasted no time going work and repairing leak in roof.. He took time to show me what caused leak and how it was repaired..

Other than delays due to weather the work was done in a  timely manner, these guys work fast. They cleaned up everyday before leaving and the supervisor addressed any concerns I had immediately. The estimate matched the insurance company's numbers. David from Berryman was extremely helpful during the entire process and made us feel at ease with the process as everything they told me was repeated by the insurance adjuster and agents. There was a small incident with the truck that delivered the materials where hydraulic fluid ended up all over my driveway, I was notified of what happened and that they had my driveway pressure washed to clean up any residue left behind. Excellent company to deal with.
