"Thank you for your bussiness [Member Name Removed]. We certainly enjoyed working with you and proud to have been chosen to make your deck entry safer and more functional. Looking forward to phase 2 in the spring. Thank you. Bob"
"We are sorry to hear of the issues you experienced with the renovation. We did set your washing machine in place and likely left stabilizing clips and instructions inside the washer. My records indicate the design change made to box in washing machine negated the need for the 15 dollar end caps and they certainly could have been returned but we never heard about any issues until your review 3 years later. We certainly would have addressed any item if requested. We could have easily addressed anything when you hired us later to come back and install the down draft stove vent and venting in your main house next door. Again we apologize for any missed items that could have been adressed."
"Thank you for your review and your business. It was a pleasure meeting and working with you all. Again we thank you for the oppertunity to assist you on your project. Bob"
We have owned our house for 14 years and this was our 1st claim for "acts of God". I learned a lot.
The job included fixing the bowing walls of a 45? by 26? standalone garage that was 22? tall at its peak; insulating the walls and ceiling and adding a damper controlled HVAC system; adding a 2nd floor with a kitchenette, full bath, HVAC, hot water and storage rooms; building out a 25.5? by 15.5? bird aviary including FRP walls, welded steel frame 11? tall cages, a kitchenette with cabinets, exhaust fans and specialized lighting and electrical work including a new house panel, a sub panel and transfer switch, 5 timers and a generator backup; creating a shop; finishing out the car parking area; and adding an industrial epoxy floor for all 1st floor areas.
Bob and his team are very customer oriented and will not leave until you are satisfied. I recommend RWJJR to others in the area and I will use this team again.
"Thank you [member name removed], We really appreciated working with you as a team. It was a pleasure from beginning to end on your project. While your project offered some true challenges, as a team, we found the proper solution for each unique application. I must express what a pleasure it was having the opportunity to assist you in bringing your vision to reality. It was also very rewarding to see the pleasure you expressed in the final product. That is the greatest reward to us. It was a pleasure to work with you. I do have your next project on my desk and will give it the attention that it deserves in the next couple weeks and forward the proposal on to you thereafter. Thank you very much Bob"
This was actually a three part project. First, a kitchen remodel with new counter tops, sink, faucet, and back splash. One counter top required an extension to enclose a compactor. Bob was most helpful in designing that and adding a small shelf above the extension that matched existing cabinets.
The second involved replacing powered roof vents, adding a solar powered vent and installing light tubes and the third was replacing a low landscape timber wall around and exterior garage with a manufactured stone wall.
The entire project took about two weeks. All work was actually performed by Sergio and his partner, both very pleasant and conscientious gentlemen.
As with most projects, there were a few glitches along the way but all were satisfactorily resolved.
I remain very pleased with Bob and his staff and would certainly recommend them.
"Thank you [Member Name Removed] for your business, it was certainly a pleasure, We appreciate the opportunity to assist you and look forward to assisting you again."
I have a guest house built above a detached garage. The floor was sagging and had a spongy feel to it. Bob was able to come up with several alternative designs to both eliminate a column in the below garage space and increase the stability of the floor above.
Bob?s design considered retaining and increasing the utility of the garage space while other contractors just bid on an easy, cheaper fix. Bob was able to maximize the head room below the new beam.
No Bob wasn?t the cheapest, but my father taught me you get what you pay for. This part of the story emphasizes that point. After the job was completed, I discovered a section of wall outlets in the garage that no longer worked. When I tried to reset the breaker, the entire main breaker tripped out. These electrical outlets were serviced by a line that had passed through the original beam. I naturally assumed Bob?s workers crossed some wires or shorted them out with a nail or two.
Bob returned with his electrician and discovered original wiring joined with wire nuts and no junction boxes and also a GFCI that when tripped, shorted out to another adjacent circuit. Bob fixed it all without any additional charge, even though it was clear to me that the cause was a result of the original wiring and not the beam install.
This was most assuredly a professional, courteous, pleasant, and positive experience!
This was a difficult project due to the fact that major interior repair was done throughout the entire house while the family was still present. The workmen were very cooperative with the family while they packed and moved items from room to room.
All walls and ceilings throughout the house were refreshed with new texture and prime painted. ( the family did finish painting on the walls), The finished product looks very nice.
While we would prefer not to need this type of service any time soon, we would definitly call on RWJJR again should it become necessary.
The reason I chose only good on punctuality was the electrician. They took days to get someone out to perform their work, which pushed back the sheetrock work several days.
The reason I chose only good (B) is because subcontractors contradicted each other and made some less than professional comments right in front of me, which I felt was very unprofessional.
With that said, RWJJR Construction did a wonderful job overseeing my job and offering suggestions to make it a pleasant experience. They use only top materials (which explained the higher bid) and the work performed was all top notch.
