the owner is Mely the installer is kris, then both promise they were living , he did not show up, reschedule, at least 12 times or more, they have taken a payment for 457. they have continue the lay they saying they coming but they do not show up this people scammer,

Horrible Experience! They are big-time liars and very unprofessional. Do not use them ever. Especially, Milli the so-called owner is a lie machine. I paid her upfront to install the blinds I asked for but guess what they never deliver them. Whenever I asked them for the installation, every time they come up with a new excuse. It is been over 3 months now. In the end, I just filed the formal complaint and waiting to get my money back. Note: Do not fall into Millis apology trap and never hire them.

LIE LIE AFTER LIE!!!! A terrible experience. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I PAID MILLIE CASH ON THE FRONT. 7 months later still no shutters. Her installer Chris has an attitude and he does not know how to install shutters. After calling and repeating calling over lie said they were coming and NO SHOW. SCAM PEOPLE. I HAD TO FINALLY GET. MY MONEY BACK. I HAD TO CALL ANOTHER COMPANY which installed within 6 weeks a beautiful professional job. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I feel very foolish to have believed them. They took my deposit and continued to string me along before I realized they were never coming back. The company name is M/M Window Treatments. Lady claims her name is Millie Mellick and her installer said he was Chris. I am just speculating, but I wonder if they might be impersonating an actual company. Home Advisor and Angi should analyze their IT so that dishonest vendors are not allowed to either hack into their system or impersonate an actual company.

Poor customer service quoted delivery 2 weeks but the end was a month there were 5 appointments in which they either missed or were our hours late many excuses no respect for customer time. Did not steam the drapes nor they bring the tie backs. The worst experience!

I hired this company to simply install brackets so I could hang my rods and curtains. I wanted to ensure that they were done by professionals so that my curtains wouldn't end up on the floor. Well, the service I got was anything but professional. We had agreed on a Saturday at 1pm. No one showed or called. At 1:20 I sent a message through my Angi app to ask if there was a time range that I wasn't aware of. The person I spoke with - whom I'd assumed was the owner (Millie) - responded right away with an apology and said she would check with the installer. I waited and waited. Over an hour later I sent her another message saying that if her guy couldn't make it, we could reschedule because I had other errands to run. She apologized again. I responded with, "Maybe I can do what I have to do, and they can come later." I never heard from her again that day. I sent her another message late that night saying I would be sure and leave my review of her company on the Angi site. I got more apologies the next morning. She said he could come that day at 3:30. He showed up early with an attitude. He asked how many windows we had (something he should have already known) and said, "He didn't have time for this. He had another job to get to." We wanted our curtains up badly, so we just let slide. The first brackets he put up were crooked and not in the same location on each side of the window. They were also too low. My curtains were dragging the floor. They aren't that type of curtains. The second bracket installation he attempted was over vertical blinds in front of a patio door. We didn't think about the fact that the brackets could possibly be too short to extend out past the blinds. They were. He installed them anyway and followed with putting the curtains on the rods and hanging them. It was a sight. His attitude is still present because our simple install is keeping him from his next job. I'd had enough and asked him to leave. I called Millie and told how our job was being handled and about his attitude. I also told her that I had asked him to leave. More apologies. She said eventually the guy admitted that he was wrong. Millie then offered to come personally, along with the installer to make sure the job was done properly and we were happy with the results. She also offered to do the job free of charge as an apology for the service we received and our inconvenience. We scheduled another date. I got a message saying that they were trying to finish up at another job and she would let me know when they were done. This was close to three in the afternoon. I didn't hear from her again. Around 5:30, I told don't bother coming at all. She then offered to come the next day. I said no. I'm done. Hire these people if you have time to waste. I think what I needed done didn't take priority because it wasn't an expensive job.

We had a difficult issue and they worked with us and got it fixed. They could have tried to sell us new shade, but fixed our current shade!

I supplied the materials and used mm window treatment for installation only but Chris took the time and care to correctly install the roller blinds and the curtain rods. Really appreciate how meticulous Chris was in helping me figure out the channel for the motorized shades and helping me program them. I would definitely hire them again and probably do the custom drapery with Millie.
