Professional, top quality drapes and sheers, moves very quickly and has good recommendations on what looks best in your home and goes over and beyond. I would definitely recommend for new drapes and shutters.

I hired Millie back in March to have my drapery ready by the summer and Chris just lied to my face like 5 times. I never write reviews but they are the worse when doing business. She has a sweet way of talking but such horrible way of communicating on updates of your order. Please do not hire her. You will waste a lot of time. Such a disappointment. My husband ended up measuring our big window & ordering the rods and curtains and was half as what she initially charged us. I put in a dispute to my credit card company and they gave me my money back as she lost the dispute I submitted against her.

"Thank you for your feedback. When ordering your curved rod, it came in later than expected. I did reach out to you. You told me you were going to dispute the charge on your credit card. When I received notice from my credit card company, I made sure they returned your deposit. It is our policy. I greatly apologize for the inconvenience. I am glad your husband was able to take care of that for you."

I had this roll of fabric and contacted Milly. She arranged a meeting at my house and measured the windows and had some recommendations of what type of curtains would be appropriate and accessories. A couple of weeks later Chris came over and installed all the hardware and Milly came in behind him and hung the curtains . They are so much more than I expected and I couldnâ t be happier. She knows what looks good!!!!!

She did a good job, doing exactly what we asked for. My only concern was it was a lot slower getting done than originally quoted and her communication could have been a bit better. Sheâ s a very nice lady and knows her business. I would use her again.

Millie came to my home and measured for custom bench cushions and shades for my updated bathroom. She brought fabric books and I chose fabric for the cushions and shades. She said it would take 2 weeks. That was on September 11. She made made several appointments to install and then canceled each one. Yesterday, November 30, the installer finally arrived. The cushions and shades were not what I ordered. Totally different fabrics, cushions were the wrong size and the work was shoddy. I would never recommend her to anyone! I wasted my time with this woman and I am totally disappointed! Update: December 2,2020 I return the product and I did receive a full refund!
