"I am Tom Fenimore, the owner, and the above incident NEVER HAPPENED. With a name like [Member Name Removed] and an address like [Member Information Removed] it seems someone at Angies List would have done some confirmation on this bogus complaint before posting it. Rival companies are known to try this tactic. Furthermore to post such a complaint on your BUSINESS site when it in fact has no bearing on BUSINESS but is relative to a driving infraction is not relevant to your company advising the public as to competent service. Unless you can verify this bogus complaint I demand you remove it from your site. My company and my personal courtesy speak for themselves for over 40 years. For your information [Member Information Removed] street in grapevine is a vacant lot. Likewise there is no [Member Name Removed] listed anywhere in the greater Fort Worth area including Grapevine."
He did a thorough inspection, and gave the house a clean bill of health. No evidence that there is a rodent problem. To put us at ease, he set up baits throughout the attic and garage. The damage to the ductwork appears to be a situation that occurred a long time ago ( only an isolated closed off area showed damage to duct ). Mr. Fenimore was very nice and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommended using his Grapevine Pest Control. A+++++
