He did a thorough inspection, and gave the house a clean bill of health. No evidence that there is a rodent problem. To put us at ease, he set up baits throughout the attic and garage. The damage to the ductwork appears to be a situation that occurred a long time ago ( only an isolated closed off area showed damage to duct ). Mr. Fenimore was very nice and extremely knowledgeable.
