I would have certainly given Anderson a five star rating, but there was an accident happened during the water heater installation that flooded my condo. Anderson was extremely professional about the situation - he called the water damage restoration company and submitted a liability insurance claim right away (TIP: Hire only bonded and insured plumbers because accidents like this can happen). He was very apologetic for what happened and I do not want to knock down his rating for what was an accident.

Chris and Tyler came out to replace my water heater. It was located in a closet in the hallway of my home which made things a little more challenging. They removed the old one and installed the new one in about an hour and a half. Excellent work, work ethics, and explained what I needed to do in the future. I am very impressed and would recommend them to anyone. I do plan to use their services in the future.

Anderson handled a major renovation of our master bathroom. This included excavation, rough plumbing and finished plumbing. Chris was very thorough, and made good decisions. The best thing about Anderson is that the crew worked quickly, with minimal disruption. I will definitely use Anderson again.

We had a leak out by the curb, and Mr. Anderson got back to us very quickly. He came out and assessed the situation, and everything was dealt with in a timely manner, and competently. Plus a 5 year warranty. We would us them again for any plumbing issues. Highly recommended.

His crew came out and immediately started work. I am very pleased with the prompt response and the great job that they did. The crew worked hard and even though a slab leak is a messy repair, they restored everything to better condition than it was before. In addition to doing a superb job on my repair, Christopher Anderson advised me about a potential issue down the road. The water heater doesn't have a drip pan or a device to shut off the water source if there is a malfunction. I appreciate his attention to detail and he explains everything in understandable language. Having a plumbing problem is never a good thing but if you do have a problem, I would definitely recommend that you call Anderson Plumbing services.

Contractor was on time. Job was small and minor taking only 30 minutes to complete, but I was still charged a one-hour minimum hence the 4.5 stars rating on 'value for money'. I would hire Anderson Plumbing Service again and have no reason to not recommend them.

Great customer service and attentiveness to the issue. Chris was great and did a wonderful job of laying out our options as well as practical considerations for the job at hand. He was also very upfront regarding the cost/parts, etc. He called promptly after my initial inquiry and quickly diagnosed the problem. I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for quality plumbings.

Great, prompt service. Chris explained what needed to be done and the cost of the repair upfront. Chris worked quickly to get our water services restored and did not leave a mess when he was done.
