A I Sprinklers

As always with A-1, service was excellent. They get to you fast and get the job done. Highly recommended!

We had a leak in the system. From the first call to when the technician left, it was a good experience.  He even helped me move a plant which was in the way of a newly positioned sprinkler head.  We had added a fence and did not realize the sprinkler head was positioned to sprinkle lawn on other side of fence. The tech was able to dig under fence and set the new sprinkler head.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went well. I actually had to call them back because they replaced two sprinkler heads and they were not spraying enough on my yard. They came back on the same day I called them. There were no additional costs. They were very nice about it. He did resolve my problem very quickly. The price was a good deal. I probably wouldn't use them again; I would go back to another company that I used before.

I had purchased a big deal for the service, and it went okay. I am not sure if I neccessarilly needed it. This was the first time that I used them. I would probably use them for a repair.

They're sort of okay. They just came and did the job. My interaction with them was okay. It cost me an additional $40 beyond the big deal amount. They came out a week or two after I purchased the deal. The quality of work and response was good.

Great!  The guys were efficient and now we are not watering the street - just our yard.  We could not be happier with the quality of service.

Two employees worked almost three hours, they were very thourough and fixed all 10 stations.  There were some breaks and heads that didn't come up completely.  Although I did have sticker shock at the final bill, the service was long overdue and most likely because of our neglect to the system since we purchased the home,  I would recomment them in hte future.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it turned out very good. They did a very good job, and they did exactly what they said they would do. We paid more than what we had paid on the big deal, because we had them do extra services that they suggested. They did a very good, they had good suggestions and they didn't push for anything. I asked them questions, and they answered them. The price was very good, because I was expecting a higher price.

Two men arrived at appointed time and worked quickly.  They were very knowledgable.

I actually bought this for my daughter and after the service was performed, she called me to tell me how VERY pleased she was with this company and their service.

Professional - The crew was directed by a large man with a gentle voice, but one always knew who was in charge of the crew's activities.  The crew was efficient, thorough and installed the sprinkler system in a timely manner.  Mario is a very nice gentleman.  He took as much time as was needed for me to understand the programming of the remote control system.  Thank You for being patience, Sir.
The crew cleaned up after themselves and conducted themselves as fine representatives of A1 Sprinklers.
The salesman was responsive to my calls and answered my questions to my satisfaction.
The Owner called me as a follow-up to absorb my contentment to the product and workmanship.  All issues were positive and satisfied.  Overall a very pleasant experience!

Israel was the A-1 Technician and I can't speak highly enough about him. He was extremely polite and courteous and efficiently evaluated my irrigation system. Israel identified several sprinkler heads that had dropped down in the grass that were no longer effectively watering my lawn. He raised up the heads & adjusted all of the sprinkler heads to ensure proper watering coverage without watering the street and sidewalk. He also replaced  2 sprinkler heads in the backyard that were not working properly.
I would highly recommend A-1 to anyone looking to have repairs to their sprinkler system as they are honest, professional with reasonable prices.

They were great. They showed up on time and did exactly what they said they were going to do. They figured out why it wasn’t working and when it was an easy fix, they didn’t charge me any additional money.

The initial visit, the work was done however the problem was not resolved A second visit was required to re-evaluated why there was still a problem with the system.  The second repairman, Israel, Jr. was professional and personal.  He repaired the unit and explained the problem.  The unit has continued to function properly.

They arrived on time and went right to work.  They did not have a replacement control panel with them, so they left to pick one up.  They were only gone for about 25 minutes.  They installed the new panel.  They said the east zone was not working.  They said they would have to use their tracer to find where they need to dig, dig up the defective part, and replace it.  They said they did not have time to do it, so their boss would get in touch with us about scheduling another time to fix it.  In the mean time they left the east zone disconnected from the control panel.  As of today, 9/27/2013, I do not have any messages from them to schedule another appointment.  And I have not attempted to contact them to schedule something.  They did a good job.  I consider their failure to follow up a minor detail.

Technician showed up late and decided that I didn't have enough pressure so he proceeded to do diagnostics.  He removed a part that he said I did not need because it prevented water from backing up into the sewers and since we don't have city sewers, it was not needed.  He thought this part was lowering the water pressure.   That didn't fix the problem, as he saw it.   So he recommended that we replace the auxiliary pump.   Since he had been here for several hours by this time, I declined.   When it came time to pay, he quoted me a price of $351.    It seems that he charged me for the hours that he was removing the "unneeded" part.   Next morning, when I got up, i had no water in the house.    I turned the sprinkler system off at the water line and, in a couple of hours, we had water again.   I called again.   It took 3 days to get him to return my calls and when he did come out, he discovered he had programmed the sprinker to automatically sprinkler for hours to an zone that we don't have sprinkler heads on.   He didn't charge me for this visit.   I didn't feel comfortable with the outcome of this service so I called another sprinkler service technician and he assured me that there was no problem with my sprinkler.    He also said the extra part that was removed did not slow the pressure but that the system would be fine without it.  Sure glad I didn't have to purchase a new one.

They came out and it was kind of chilly that day and it was raining and they went over it really fast. All the sprinklers didn't get tuned like they should have been. They had to replace one of my valves also.

Arrived on time. Assessed the problems. Gave me a written estimate. Got to work immediately & worked til the job was completed.

It went well!  Checked heads all over front and back yard.  Located silinoid control box for one station which wasn't working.  Nice guy did the work!
