A I Sprinklers

I was dissatisfied with the punctuality of the service. They would quote a time to be at my home and then show up late or call to say they had to reschedule. It took them over a week to complete the job. They did not have the proper equipment available which made them have to leave and come back on another day (twice!). The quality of service was poor to say the least. The service was very expensive for what I thought it should be . After the completion of the job, two months, I did not expect to see sprinkler heads that will not go down after use. I would not call them to fix due to their exorbitant prices. Definately would not recommend this company.

Went great. The owner and his assistant were great. They came and completed the work very fast and professional.

He was very professional, & very prompt and nice to work with. He's been the best you've used so far. All around good guy. I was very impressed with him, he seemed to know what he was doing. He didn't try and sell me anything I didn't need.

Started out great through the proposal process and was looking forward to them doing the work as I agreed to sole source the project with them as opposed to using different contractors. After scheduling the work the project did not start on time, communication lagged, then they cancelled with no notice and did not do the work. While I understand there may have been rational, it left me more than two weeks behind on the project and I had to start all over with new contractors.

Scheduling was easy and they were able to accommodate my needs. There were two men working on the lawn irrigation system. It took about two days working 6-8 hours in total. There were some issues, one thing they tried to fix ended up not working so they had to come back the next day to put in the a non-defective piece.

We purchased a big deal for the service, it was fine. I should have researched the control box that they put in for me, they did mark that up significantly. Other than that it was fine, we needed some adjustments after they left, and they came back and did it again. I had them do quite a bit of work, and they did everything that I asked them to do.

Came out the very same day that I called and quickly determined my problem And repaired it. I will definitely use this company again!

As always with A-1, service was excellent. They get to you fast and get the job done. Highly recommended!

lots of extra repairs but in the end they left several zones disabled causing a mess a few weeks later.

We had a leak in the system. From the first call to when the technician left, it was a good experience. He even helped me move a plant which was in the way of a newly positioned sprinkler head. We had added a fence and did not realize the sprinkler head was positioned to sprinkle lawn on other side of fence. The tech was able to dig under fence and set the new sprinkler head.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went well. I actually had to call them back because they replaced two sprinkler heads and they were not spraying enough on my yard. They came back on the same day I called them. There were no additional costs. They were very nice about it. He did resolve my problem very quickly. The price was a good deal. I probably wouldn't use them again; I would go back to another company that I used before.

I had purchased a big deal for the service, and it went okay. I am not sure if I neccessarilly needed it. This was the first time that I used them. I would probably use them for a repair.

They're sort of okay. They just came and did the job. My interaction with them was okay. It cost me an additional $40 beyond the big deal amount. They came out a week or two after I purchased the deal. The quality of work and response was good.

Great! The guys were efficient and now we are not watering the street - just our yard. We could not be happier with the quality of service.

Two employees worked almost three hours, they were very thourough and fixed all 10 stations. There were some breaks and heads that didn't come up completely. Although I did have sticker shock at the final bill, the service was long overdue and most likely because of our neglect to the system since we purchased the home, I would recomment them in hte future.

We paid more than what we had paid on the big deal, because we had them do extra services that they suggested. They did a very good, they had good suggestions and they didn't push for anything. I asked them questions, and they answered them. The price was very good, because I was expecting a higher price.

Two men arrived at appointed time and worked quickly. They were very knowledgable.

I actually bought this for my daughter and after the service was performed, she called me to tell me how VERY pleased she was with this company and their service.

Professional - The crew was directed by a large man with a gentle voice, but one always knew who was in charge of the crew's activities. The crew was efficient, thorough and installed the sprinkler system in a timely manner. Mario is a very nice gentleman. He took as much time as was needed for me to understand the programming of the remote control system. Thank You for being patience, Sir. The crew cleaned up after themselves and conducted themselves as fine representatives of A1 Sprinklers. The salesman was responsive to my calls and answered my questions to my satisfaction. The Owner called me as a follow-up to absorb my contentment to the product and workmanship. All issues were positive and satisfied. Overall a very pleasant experience!

Israel was the A-1 Technician and I can't speak highly enough about him. He was extremely polite and courteous and efficiently evaluated my irrigation system. Israel identified several sprinkler heads that had dropped down in the grass that were no longer effectively watering my lawn. He raised up the heads & adjusted all of the sprinkler heads to ensure proper watering coverage without watering the street and sidewalk. He also replaced 2 sprinkler heads in the backyard that were not working properly. I would highly recommend A-1 to anyone looking to have repairs to their sprinkler system as they are honest, professional with reasonable prices.
