Everything is still unresolved. they did not fix the leaking faucet rather than repair the spicket they just cut it off. The toilet and sink are fine though.

It was a lot more expensive than I was expecting.

They were prompt. Their pricing was above average, meaning it was less than most of the others that I've had in the past.

Great...once he located the main line, he was able to cut it out, replace the affected line, put in the new and quot;Yand quot; cleanout, and close it up, finishing up quickly and cleanly.

Mike from Justice appeared in my driveway in about ten minutes after I called. By this time I
had located the area where the leak seemed to be coming from under the house, and he got right to work. He was so efficient, stopped the leak, bailed the 25 gallons that had collected under the house, and repaired the pipe. All in about an hour. A very reasonable bill and a very nice person. Rescued us! Really knew what he was doing.

Sounded like too many sour grapes -- I didn't go with them. It is quite possible that they do very good work, but I was too uncomfortable with their apparent relationships with other vendors and contractors to try them.

A single plumber showed up the the first day and left after an hour, saying the job had been completed. That seemed like it was a bit too quick to be charging over $600 for the job. When I inspected the lines after I got home from work, I found a number of problems - the main ones being that the expansion tank had been installed on the wrong line, the well line had been left uninsulated and there were gaps in between the segments of insulation. I called the supervisor who was very apologetic and told me both he and the plumber would be back the next day to fix the problem. I asked them to put the expansion tank as close to the well pump as possible since this would limit perturbations in the line. Since that would put the expansion tank up against the uninsulated, north facing wall of the attic, I asked that they insulate the tank to ensure that any water in the tank would not freeze. When I got home from work the following day to inspect what they had done, I was told that they had trouble breaking the well line to put in the expansion tank and opted to relieve the pressure in the line by directing the water to the eaves of my attic. This had left quite a bit of wet insulation in my attic and the eaves (including the wood joists) of my house soaking wet. I also found wet paper towels under a layer of insulation right next to my ceiling joists. I spent a couple of hours that night in my attic trying to dry out my house. The expansion tank had been insulated by some of the wetted insulation which they had stuffed into a garbage bag and quite a bit of garbage including left over insulation pieces and insulation self-adhesive tape had been left strewn about the attic. I called the supervisor who assured me that he would come out and replace the insulation which had been soaked, remove the and quot;insulationand quot; from the expansion tank, and address a couple of other minor issues I had with their work. He showed up early the next morning and addressed my concerns.

This was not a complicated or difficult job and I certainly did not feel satisfied with this company, especially for the price I paid for their work. The supervisor's continued efforts to rectify the mistakes that were made, even after payment was recieved, are the only reason that Justice Plumbing did not get an F rating.

It was great I would use them again.

Called their 24 hour service line at 730 am on Sat. morning, they returned my call within 30 min. They arrived at my house at 930am was completely finished by 10:40am. Very professional. Did not try to sell me something I did not need. Would definitely recommend them.

They are great. They don't start charging for the job until they are actually here and working on it. The are very pleasant to work with and clean up really well when they are finished. They also offer emergency services even coming out Christmas Eve to clear a toilet. They also tell you how much the job will cost before they start working and charge a fair price. I will use Justice Plumbing for all future plumbing needs and have recommended them to friends and family.
