It worked out great! They were nice and respectful and it was worth every penny. They completed the job fast and I will refer them to anybody.

They estimate the dollar amount when they get there, and the second time it was about twice as much as the first time. My interactions were fine, and the job was done well. They need to be honest and up front with their pricing.

Acted rather surly and less than enthusiastic attitude. Price quoted (and ultimately paid) was for more than twice that of a previous load a few months earlier. They had me over a barrell and knew it. l. I would not use the magain.

It didn't go. As another reviewer said, this is a bait and switch scheme. When the truck arrived, I had left for an appointment. My husband had collected things needing to be removed. The driver immediately began to argue that I had to prove my purchase of their big deal. I stopped and forwarded the email to my husband. Then the driver began to argue about the quantity of junk he would take. This finally digressed into my husband sending them away with nothing. He assumed that Angie's list would stand behind us and we would get a refund. The driver was hostile and unpleasant from the beginning. After reading other reviews on Yelp, this seems to be a common ploy with Junk King. They advertise or quote a small price then change it when they arrive at the site. Two that I saw said the price jumped to $300. Which they paid. So I guess their ploy works. I have not contacted Angie's List to work for my refund because I don't expect assistance. Due to my husband working out of town I had to extend my pickup date past the expiration date of the deal. I only did so after calling Junk King about the possibility of doing so. However this was another point of contention with the driver, as he said that person hasn't the authority to give that ok. I'm sure this would be a "he said she said" issue so I will just kiss that $99 goodby.

When the two men arrived to get the limb, they refused to do it for the price quoted. They said the price quoted was for one item (which was the branch they refused to take). Then they left.

The service was alright. There was an additional charge to the $99 Big Deal. It was $200 or $300 more. I thought they charged more extra than it should have been. They should be clear about the cost in the future.

They called when they said they would to let me know they were on the way. Mike & crew gave a fair estimate and then did the mark efficiently. They were nice to deal with.
