Of all the local plumbers, they are the one that I have elected to use. I've been in my house for 13 years. Steve Brittain, the owner, is pretty knowledgeable. They have always done good work for me. He knows his business. I don't know if they are the least expensive. I wouldn't rate them high or low on friendliness.

I called them on a Saturday and within an hour they showed up. They have always been awesome. I've used them in the past and they always provide great results. Whenever I have called them they show up and provide great results.

So, So They showed up on time but couldn't finish the job because the order was incorrect, the parts to finish the job were not in the box. They had to reorder and it took an additional week and a half to complete. This wasn't the real problem, the problem came after the job was completed. When we received the bill I inadvertently paid the bill from an account that I had closed several years ago. I caught my mistake and rewrote the check, I also contacted them and let them know what I did and that I reissued the check. They thanked me for letting them know. About a week later I received a call from them telling me that they received my payment but they incurred a $7 dollar charge on the first check and could I stop by and drop it off. I did but when I dropped it off I reminded them that I realized my error and corrected it prior to them even receiving the first check, I also reminded them that due to their error the job wasn't completed on time and that I actually finished the job myself, I could have had them come back out to finish the installation but because it was no big deal I did it myself . I believe it would have cost them more than $7 dollars to finish the job. I also reminded them that I have used them for all my plumbing jobs in the past and I thought this was a poor way to treat loyal customers. I expect an apology.

The plumber was a very nice young man who arrived on time and went right to work. He was very congenial and efficient. He spent approximately one hour on each toilet removing and installing them. This is the time frame I was told when I called in for an estimate. The person at Brittain who initially took my order was very helpful. I had already researched which toilets I wanted and she was able to tell me the pros and cons of each one. The toilets I selected were a new line for Kohler but they were selling them at the old price. She gave me the discounted price that was the same as they would pay for the upgraded toilets.

They sent a plumber and a plumber s helper. I didn t think that the job was a two person job. They were on time; they were easy to get a hold of. It s hard to get an A from me but I liked the quality of work and that they were nice and professional. They did a very good job.
