The repairman was able to come earlier than scheduled, found the problem and showed me what caused the problem. Showed me the total price from his data sheets to replace and repair. Repair took about 10 minutes. He was knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend them to my friend.

Mike the technician was great! He was on time, called ahead to confirm, was friendly, polite and knowledgable. He got right to work and called me in to show me what was wrong and explain everything. He didn't try to run up by bill by charging me for things that were unncessary. I am a Realtor and gladly recommend Alpha Omega and Mike to all my clients, friends and family.

I accidentally entered a wrong contact number. Company representative took time to find right phone number. Timely response. Repairman courteous and efficient. Had to order part and come back to install. Cost was very reasonable. I was very satisfied. Will use these folks again.

"Raymond" was outstanding. He knew what he was doing and he was very attentive to cleaning up after himself. Charges were reasonable and fair. I would definitely use them again.

Mike got here when he said he would, and fixed (replaced) our ice maker. The new one works great, and we are very pleased with him and his work.

They were fast making the service call, and they had the parts to fix my dryer quickly. I thought they were overpriced by quite a bit. If I hadn't been in a hurry to get the dryer fixed I probably would have called someone else. If time is of the essence they're good. But expect to take a hit in the pocket book!
