Told me what was wrong and showed me how to correct it if it happens again. Also looked at another appliance while he was here. Told me what was wrong with it. Gave me a quote for labor and parts. Will be back when part comes in.

They were quick and prompt. Called and came in a little ahead of time. The guy was able to fix my appliance immediately and also answered all my questions. Very happy with their service.

He was l dressd, very polite and and asked about the job what was needed and .Checed unit told me what need to be done to fix problem, an then fixed it stayed till he was sure freezer section was work , had me check before . Saying job was done anfredge working. GOOD WORK11

This is the best appliance repair company I have come across. If you want quality work at a fair and reasonable price call them they are the best. They saved me from having to buy a new washing machine.

The guy who repaired is good

Repairman arrived promptly and completed the repair rather quickly.

Very nice, clean, friendly repair man arrived and immediately got to work. Diagnosed the problems with our 10-year-old washing machine. Then we discovered that because the machine is so old the required parts are unavailable. So we put the machine back together and agreed that perhaps buying a new set is our best option. I am extremely satisfied with their courtesy and professionalism and would hire them again in the future.

One time, excellent customer service. The technician, Chris, explained what he was doing and the work was reasonably priced.

Customer service was very good. They came when they said they would. Had an issue when the job was more entailed than initially thought. They came back and thoroughly repaired what was needed and replaced other parts at their expense. Came out on Saturday within an hour and fixed our washing machine. Chris was our repairman and had another person come by (don't know his name I was not there) and did an excellent job. Will call them again when I need repairs.
