The service man knew his business well. He was prompt and solved the dryer problem very quickly. He had the part in his vehicle and installed it promptly. He cleaned up after he was done and made sure the repair was going to be the only issue with our dryer.

Alpha Omega was able to meet me after work. Their first guess at what was wrong with my refrigerator was "right on!" In addition to the primary repair, Alpha Omega found a few other items to "tweak." My refrigerator should be good for a loooong time,now!
