Chris was on time, professional appearance and knew exactly how to get my son's chain out of my top load washer. the process only took him 20-30 minutes. he stayed long enough to make sure the machine was going to run again as it should. He told he warranty the work for 3 days just in case a problem surfaced as a result to this jam. I only needed the afternoon to confirm the repair, family of 4 all is well. Thank you so much Chris!!

Work was good but way overpriced.

At last, our oven works. The board that controls use had to be replaced. The glass membrane was cracked and kept the oven unavailable. It had to be ordered. The company found one locally. When Chris installed that, the problem with the controls was solved! Thank you, Chris.!

Very fast service. Gave us a very reasonable quote to fix our dryer. We had to wait on a part, and had to call them to follow up on that. But when we did we learned the part had come in and they were out within a few hours to finish the job. We are very pleased with them and will use them again.

Very professional and cost effective

Chris was great. He had a difficult problem as he was not the one who diagnosed the original problem so he had to listen to a lot of explanations about what was wrong. He kept calm, checked out all the systems, and reassured us that all was well. He told us to watch the frig for 24 hours and call if there were any other problems.

I didn't simply give Alpha Omega five stars across the board because I was in a hurry or because it was fashionable. These folks rate it. Chris P and Rick were phenomenal repairmen; honest, to-the-point, explained the problem, fixed it. Not only was the problem addressed and fixed in far less time than estimated, but far less cost than expected.
