My refrigerator (both side by side ref and freezer) is not cooling. So I called for a service from a different company and they were not able to fix it after 1hr. It's a good thing they did not charge me. So then I called Alpha Omega and requested for a service. Their technician arrived on time. He was able to identify the issue and fixed within 10 minutes. I was really impressed. However, I can only give them 3 stars because of their service rate. The technician charged me $200.00 for replacing a $25 relay chip which he completed in 10 minutes. I think $100-120 would have been fair. So for short, they are good but pricey.

Our clothes washer quit working one afternoon. After placing a phone call to AOA we had a serviceman at our door within and hour. He was professional in his appearance and diagnostic ability. He called for a replacement part which he installed within 48 hours. We were extremely satisfied with his efforts and would recommend the service company to our friends.

Mike was very knowledgable and helpful. He was able to diagnose and fix my problem in less than one hour! He was also able to come to my house 4 days sooner than the other guys I tried to get.

I had 2 appliances that needed to be fixed (refrigerator at my rental property and dryer at my residence). I called on my way to work at around 8:30ish. They made appointments at 1p - 3p for both appliances and fixed both without any problem. Highly recommended.

He explained in detail the part that needed to be replaced, quoted the price, and said he would order it & return to install, which he did. He was very courteous & knowledgeable. There were no hidden costs. I will definitely recommend Alpha Omega to anyone needing their services.

Mike was VERY personable, professional, and informative. Our problem was a simple fix - somewhat careless wiring of an original installation - wires worked loose and shorted out. Mike also took the time to answer a lot of my questions; I understand the dishwasher better now. And we got off with the minimal service call charge! He was such a pleasure to meet that I kept him longer than I should have - just chatting. I heartily recommend him. He'd be worth waiting a week or more for if he can't schedule you right away. If your project is an emergency I'm sure he'll work with you to get you up and running ASAP.
