She choose to approve the work to be done as quickly as possible, understanding that the debris would be left on site. During storm cleanup, we often run larger crews in order to quickly and safely provide emergency services to help clear roads and get people back into their homes. There were six members on the crew dispatched to your job, and you were one of the lucky ones who had their work completed quickly! As you know from the work we have done in the past for you, we do not price based on time, but on the size of each job. If there are more crew members, the job will get completed more quickly than with a smaller crew. We pride ourselves on being able to be flexible with our crew assignments to enable all work, and especially emergency storm cleanup, to be performed safely, quickly, and efficiently. Additionally, we strive to be completely transparent about our procedures, which is why the written quote included all relevant storm work terms (such as leaving debris on site). Because we are upfront about our pricing and work terms, we do not change the price of work once a job has been completed, as you requested.
