My experience with the team at Mendez Mechanical was great! My air conditioner went down on a Sunday and they were able to see me. I had an issue with a freon leak and they provided me options on how to address the issue. I ended up replacing my whole unit for a more energy efficient one. They did a great job with the installation working in tight spaces (unit is in my attic accessible from my closet) and was very respectful of my home wearing shoe protectors and cleaning up after all the work. After the installation, I noticed that I had some freon stains on my outside wall - I spoke to Daniel about it and he sent someone out to clean it up.

Mendez Mechanical replaced my HVAC coil and pan. They are fast and efficient. Danny said to call him if any issues arise and he would come right out to check on it. We had an issue come up days later and Danny sent one of his technicians out who tried to resolve the issue but couldn't. Danny came out later the same day and pin pointed the problem and resolved our issue. I highly recommend Mendez Mechanical.

I had an appointment at 8am which was confirmed through an email along with the $69.00 price. At 10:15am, I called to see what the delay was. I got their answering machine. At 11:15, I decided to call HomeAdvisor. I was given Daniel's cell number. I called and left a VM. Daniel returned my call within a few minutes. He apologized and said we were not on the books. After getting in touch with his crew, who had just left our area, Daniel was able to get them to our home within 30-35 minutes. A spring maintenance service was done on our AC unit. Again, I was quoted $69 for the service, less parts and labor. Our unit was low on Freon by a little over 2lbs. Because they were 4 hours late from the original scheduled time, we were only charged for 1lb of Freon. Also charged was a $17+change "trip charge" that was NOT mentioned in my email quote. Total cost for my $69 maintenance tuneup....$226.24. Also take note, that of the TWO messages I left on their company VM, neither one was returned. When I mentioned this to Daniel he told me his wife was having to do other business and they were having trouble with their voice mail.

I called them out to look at my hvac after another company was paid $500 to fix my issues, he advised me of what the issues actually were and advised I call them back to fix it without additional charge since they were paid. He didn't try to just get me to pay him again for services which shows his honesty.
