About us
We are a 23 year old Flooring, Resstoration & carpet cleaning company that is locally owned and operated here in Garland. We only hire IICRC certified technicians, who work directly for us, and we maintain an "A" rating with the BBB. We use a professional truck mounted system called the Pro Chem 405, and all of our solutions are 100% water soluble, EPA approved, and pet and people friendly. We will sometimes assess a fuel charge of $12.95 or more, depending on the distance we are travelling to a job site, and there is an additional service charge for emergency or after-hours work. We accept claims for all major insurance companies.

The dispatcher was helpful and very pleasant, dealing with my schedule changes and the technician was efficient and friendly.
He cleaned all these rooms in about an hour and spots that I didn't think would ever come out are completely gone. No high-pressure sales tactics to buy this add-on service or that, just did his job, suggested a protectant for the high-traffic area that I thought was permanently stained, and left the job clean and neat. The carpet is fresh and looks new and it only took a few hours to be dry to the touch.

"We are truly sorry that the work we completed for you was not to your satisfaction, however, the issue you are having is with the pet odor- which you declined to treat fully. In order to remove the odor, we would have had to do a full scale pet treatment, including cleaning and sealing the subfloor, but you didn't want to pay for that service. We have already refunded half of your money, and have re-done the rejuvenation- you stated to us that the carpet looks fine, it just stinks(It needs a full pet treatment). Please understand, all we have tried to do is satisfy you without giving our services away for free."
