price affordable for three rooms of carpet to be cleaned, but the responsiveness and timeliness were much appreciated. Our carpet is 7 years old and has been taken care of throughout that time, but this service helped to keep them looking their best!
I was a bit hesitant to use a chem-dry product but have found it to be very
effective. The drying time is great. After an hour you can walk on them,
avoiding any wet type of application used in the past.
I would definitely use this company again.

However,appt. on 6/11/13 heightened our frustration after the young man arrived on time and set up a malfunctioning machine and attempted to clean our carpet with it, leaving spots,dirt and grease. Finally told us he had to take van to maintenance and would reschedule for Thur with $80. off for our inconvenience. I called company after he left to talk to mgr(Ashley) and make sure she understood what had happened. I was told she would call me back. I was not called back so called again and talked to Ashley as she happened to answer the phone She was aware of our situation because she was called about the van. She appeared quite unconcerned and said she was sending someone else and not to worry because we would have a different van Thur . I hung up thinking that she did not ease my concern about the state of our carpet or overall experience thus far but felt that we needed to give them a chance as carpet was now a mess. On 6/13 a young man, Kevin, showed up (with working equipment) on time, very professional and hard working. He knew nothing about our recent experience. He did clean the carpet thoroughly and we were very pleased with his services. Unfortunately, this is not Kevin's company and the customer service has been absolutely HORRIBLE. I probably would not have written anything on Angies List since Kevin did such a great job, but then, this morning 6/17,I got another call from Ashley returning my call left on 6/11. She did not even remember me and I had to remind her we had talked. She still didn't recall our situation and obviously did not feel compelled to return customer calls quickly....................I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. Customer service is as critical a component as is what is sold in my opinion-thus the use of Angies List.

I know you have used us multiple times in the past and were completely pleased with our services. As the owner, the customer experience is the most important thing to me and my husband. I apologize for the problem with our equipment and wish there was something I could personally do to help with that but that is out of our control. It is a new piece of equipment from corporate and it has been experiencing some issues that we believed to have been corrected. Randy will be on the phone with corporate on Wednesday when he gets back in town to discuss another frustrating issue. ON the service side of things, I will be dealing directly with every CSR you had contact with. I will be pulling phone records from our logs to find out who you spoke to each time and will directly resolve this issue with each one of them starting with Ashley, my manager so that this does not happen again. I hope that you will re-consider and choose to use our services again as you will without a doubt not have an issue like this again. Our company goal is to provide the most excellent cleaning with the best customer service in the industry and if I have someone on staff who is not meeting that goal, they will no longer be a part of our team.
