I just went through every email we have received since November and for some reason your email is not in there. We have a 30 day guarantee and ALWAYS come back out to make the situation right which is exactly why we send out the satisfaction survey after EVERY job. We have been in business almost 25 years because of our commitment to outstanding customer service. I am sorry that technology failed us this time and we did not know of your concerns. As for rugs, they get a much better clean in our area rug cleaning facility then they can get in your home, as we can not do a deep clean of a rug on another surface due to possible damage/bleeding etc to the surface beneath. Of course cleaning in the shop, with our 10 step cleaning process is much more expensive and detailed of a process. My Office Manager, Sherry Leftwich will be calling you to address your concerns. Again, i am so sorry that we did not respond, as feedback is very important to us, good and bad as we are always open for opportunities for improvement. "Ms. [Member Name Removed], I am very sorry that you did not receive the service you expected. I just listened to the recorded call to see where we went wrong. We did offer you discounted pricing for the chair you wanted to get cleaned instead of a hall and Hannah did a great job on the call explaining our services to you - I wanted to make sure she did not explain anything wrong as with our basic cleaning, we only clean exposed areas of carpeting sure to the deeply discounted prices and furniture moving was not discussed on the phone. Usually we send our a confirmation email once we schedule your appointment so that you know what to expect when we arrive but I do see that you did not get one. I apologize for that as it would have better prepared you for our arrival. We always strive to receive A ratings and give our best service at all times and I am sorry that we missed the mark with you. I did see that we offered to come back out and re-clean for you but you declined. We do have a 30 day guarantee and I will definitely extend that to you through the month of April should you like us to come clean again and remove any new spots you might have.
