The technician arrived on time. He vacuumed the carpet first and then cleaned the carpet.

I was surprised to learn that the normal service involved not moving ANY furniture. They just clean around everything. However, I was able to get the service man to help me move a couple of items onto tile areas. I moved them back after the job was complete and the carpets completed drying. The technician had good skills and did a good job.
