Two people came to clean my home. It went well. Unfortunately they were not very clear about their pricing. They charge per person.

They provide monthly housekeeping services for us. They are very flexible and work around our schedule. The quality of the cleaning is very good and they very flexible when it comes to what/how things are cleaned.

I wanted floors and bathrooms cleaned. Was told it would take 2 people about 1-1/2 hours to complete - a total of 3 hours at $30+ per hour. I was expecting to spend about $100, so that was OK. It took 2 people more than 3 hours each to go through my house - not the top to bottom service - just regular cleaning. They were very detailed and did a very good job, but I got stuck with a huge bill that I was not expecting. The ladies overcharged me by a half hour (they say they arrived at 1:40, but it was 2:00 when they walked through the door - I know this because a TV program had just ended when they arrived). I questioned the arrival time with the technician, but she insisted that they arrived at 1:40. At that point, I decided to just address with the manager when he called to follow up, but I didn not get a follow up call. I will not use this business again, but they probably know that. I should not have mentioned that this was a one-time cleaning when I called to schedule the appointment.

They were fine. It was an average cleaning. There was not anything to tell above all. There was nothing in particular, negative or positive, that really stood out to me about their service.

Beck N Call sent a representative to my house to go over what I wanted done. I was given a price that we agreed on and I have used this company for three months, on a monthly basis. They do the work that is needed in the time I agreed on. I am happy with the outcome.

The owner, Willie Hunter, contacted me immediately after I placed a request through Angie's List and had a team at my house very quickly. I didn't actually live in the house yet and was not there at the time, but I wanted a thorough cleaning before I moved in. My daughter let them in and saw the finished product and was very impressed with their punctuality, professionalism, and the quality of their work. There was nothing left untouched in the house since there was no furniture in it yet. Every corner and baseboard, every drawer and cabinet, every single thing was cleaned and disinfected and made like new again, including the nasty oven and fridge that came with the house purchase. The 2and quot; wood blinds were washed by hand without taking them down from the windows. I have already contacted them to come again the first week in January and will very likely have them come regularly to clean. Two hard working people for 6 to 7 hours at a cost of $227 (that includes tax). Yes, I would say they were worth every penny. This is my first review on Angie's List and I couldn't be more delighted to have had such a wonderful experience.

They did a great job! They did what they said they would do for the price they said they would do it for. The entire transaction was done over the phone and we were very impressed.

On a Sunday, using their web site, I requested a quote and had a response within about an hour, I was impressed. Monday, Willie called to ask a few questions about the square footage of our house and what all we were looking to have cleaned, we wanted a 'super cleaning' from top to bottom. Willie explained that they would probably send four people out to knock out the job faster and we set an appointment for a Tuesday and the cleaners would be here between 9:00 A.M. and 10:00 A.M. and I would receive a confirmation email. On the day of the cleaning Willie called to see if I had received a confirmation email, no I hadn't. He confirmed that our appointment was to start between 9:00 and 10:00. At 10:30 two people showed up to clean. I thought, well, this is going to be an all day long process. Jose and Maria did a quick walk through of the house to see what all we wanted to have cleaned. They worked from 10:30 until 3:15 without a break and minimal noise. I did a 'white glove test' upstairs while they were cleaning downstairs, they did a great job! My Mother In Law has her own rooms downstairs and she was completely satisfied with the work they did also. When Jose and Maria left the house didn't smell like anything! No chemicals, no foofy air fresheners, no cleaning smells of any type, which I REALLY liked!

What can I say . . . Very bizarre experience with this company, you might end up wasting your time, I'd call someone else. A lady came over to figure an estimate, everything seemed fine, and she said she'd get back to me later that afternoon with a quote. She never contacted me again. So I emailed the next week to see if there was a problem and finally received a brief, mysterious response stating that they were unable to meet my needs but they wished me well. Huh? I was shocked, no other cleaning company I was talking with were unable to meet my needs. Gosh, I was rapidly developing a complex from this, what nightmare did this woman see that the others didn't . . . . I wasn't upset when I emailed her back, just curious, sincerely wanted to understand. I wrote that I was confused and that understanding what this was about may help me in the future. Never heard back. Until yesterday, when I received an email asking me to hire them to clean for Father's Day. Are they kidding? I could never recommend a company that makes a customer feel so uncomfortable and bewildered. For whatever reason they declined my business -- the reason doesn't matter -- decent customer service would dictate handling every single bit of this strangeness in a completely different manner. By the way, my Beck-n-Call-created emotional complex was eliminated soon as I was happily served by a different company who didn't find anything unusual in my home and handled the work beautifully, with big smiles. Weird.

They consistently do a very good job.

Beck N Call have done a very good job with both services. The maids leave the house very clean; they are punctual and thorough. We have an alarm system, and I believe they have set off the alarm twice. Both times, they have called to notify me before the alarm company called, which is a quick response. During spring, summer, and fall, the lawn is mowed either every other week or every week, depending on the need. We have an easy yard, and he has always done a good job and has not damaged our sprinkler system or soaker hoses. I would recommend Beck N Call for maid and lawn services.

This cleaning service was exceptional. We have already made an appointment for another top to bottom cleaning. The ladies who worked for us didn't even take a break. They worked hard and well - extremely professional and with great attitudes. My house was squeaky clean. I was VERY pleased. Also, the manager/owner came to our home to discuss with us prior to cleaning to ensure he had a thorough understanding of what we wanted done. Professionally managed.

I am very happy with them. They are very reliable. They do a good job. They are trustworthy and they are hard working. They do all the things that you would expect a cleaning company to do.
