Description of Work: I purchased the Big Deal 3G Plumbing and Backflow, LLC, for a Water HeaterDrain & Flush with Complete Inspection. I called and made an appointment. The technician was to come out between 8am - 12 noon. The technician did not show up and did not call to say he wasn't coming. Nor did the company bother to call to say they were sorry they missed the appointment. There was no call from the company to reschedule even tho Angie's List customer service contacted the company to reschedule an appointment.

Description of Work: Ryan was very professional and punctual. I purchased a Groupon for a water heater flush. Ryan explained about the sediment in the bottom and any issues it may cause in the future. I'm looking to replace the water heater sometime in the future and I would definitely call Ryan to install it.

Description of Work: It didn't go! They never showed up on March 11th between 8 & 9am as we had scheduled. Here it is 3/12, and they still haven't contacted me to apologize or reschedule. I even called them at 8:50 on the morning they were suppose to show up and lvm...still nothing. How unprofessional.
