Responsiveness before and during the service was great, but I'm still waiting for an answer to a question I emailed him after service was completed.

Bought an Angie's List Big Deal to have the water heater flushed. Ryan and his helper arrived on time. They were very courteous and professional. Did the work as advertised and completed it very quickly. I'd consider using them again for a larger project.

Service was performed as advertised. The crew arrived at the scheduled time. The checks were performed first off, and then we discussed the condition of my existing water heater and its expected lifetime. After that, the crew flushed the water heater, and I was able to see for myself the amount of residue in the unit. I also received a pleasant surprise. I had thought that the flush would leave my water heater drained out, but that's not the case. The flush is performed with "cycling" water, otherwise most of the residue would just remain at the bottom of the tank. Since I had thought the flush would drain my water heater, I had planned some additional work on it while it was drained. When I told this to the crew, they stayed and drained the unit for me. I was very pleased with this additional good-neighbor consideration by the crew.

Work was performed within the scheduled time (which was important, as I had to return to work when the job was complete)

Ryan Condren and his helper arrived on time. Both were very friendly, polite and professional. They answered some questions I had concerning a filter attached to the heater and gave me what I considered was good and economical advise about what should be done about replacing or removing it. They performed all the services listed on the coupon and explained each one and gave me a good report concerning the overall condition of the heater. The did not try to sell or suggest any other maintenance or repairs at this time. Since the heater is over eight years old, Ryan told me what to watch for and what might be happening of it was about to go out. He said that he would call me in year to schedule another check up if I wanted it.. I now feel so much better informed about the water heater and its maintenance and I am so glad that I purchased that coupon from Angie's List! If I need help with the water heater in the future I now know who to call.

I bought a $59 coupon for a water heater flush. The owner, Ryan Condren, answered the phone and booked my appointment. Very courteous and friendly on the phone. He arrived on time, very clean and professional even in blue jeans! Work was performed with a smile and the same friendly demeanor. I will keep his information on file as I was looking to have a quality plumber in my list of service providers in case of emergency. I've had other plumbers do work for me - "big dog" firms that advertise a lot on TV and radio - that advertised quality service and good price, but they sent people that I would cross the street to avoid if I saw them out in public. 3G Plumbing impressed me as being a first rate professional provider - nothing at all like the other firms that I've used. Would recommend to anyone needing quality service.

I purchased a coupon on Angie's List for a water heater flush and inspection. I had no problem reaching Ryan Condren and he was able to set up an appointment the following week. He and an assistant arrived at the time specified, did the work requested and gave me a detailed evaluation of the condition of my water heater. They worked quickly, were very polite and professional and left the area they were working in neat and clean. I would definitely recommend them.

I purchased $59 coupon for inspecting and flashing one water tank.. I have two water tanks at my house. I paid $30 for the second tank. The service person is very nice and knowledgable. He finished the work in 40 min. I was informed the water pressure in my hourse is higher than normal. It might damage old and worn out valves and faucets. He showed us pictures of debris from the tanks. He said my tanks have about 2 year lifetime, which is really worried me.

Ryan arrived on time, assessed the several plumbing projects I had, got the additional parts that were needed, and handled all the projects in a professional manner. Ryan was friendly, well-mannered, and got along great with my dogs (after they were assured he was no threat, of course). Ryan also showed me the advantages of the new fixtures and , as I am replacing fixtures in phases, he advised me on the type of fixtures I needed for the next phases of my plumbing overhaul projects. I absolutely will be calling Ryan and 3rd Generation Plumbing to handle those future plumbing projects!!

I bought the Big Deal on Wednesday the 12th for two hours of plumbing work. I needed a couple other things done, so I figured if the toilet was a quick fix, he could also take care of those. I called an hour so so later to schedule. Ryan answered my call, verified I had purchased the service, and scheduled me for Friday afternoon the 14th. On the repair day, he called and was able to come out an early. Once he arrived, I related my story and he immediately knew what was most likely the problem. He got to work and finished the fix with time to spare. I talked to him about the other work I had and some of the projects would have taken more than the 2 hours purchased. He did replace a undersink valve for me. The toilet job required a wax ring and a repair flange. The valve for the sink I had leaked, so he supplied one of them as well. Because there was still some time on the clock, he didn't charge me for the materials he supplied. Ryan is a very personable, professional, and knowledgeable. I would hire him again, and would definitely recommend him to others.

The technician - Ryan - was great! He was very courteous- easy to understand and explained everything to us. We are not plumbers and he spoke to us in easy to understand terms and addressed all of our questions and concerns.

They were right on time. The man Ryan who came out was very nice and easy to talk to. They finished in a timely manor and have had no problem after the install. Would use them again.

The young man who worked on the dishwasher was wonderful. He cleaned up after himself, which I usually don't see. He's also installed a washer and dryer for me, and I had the same great experience. It's nice to know that I don't have to follow up to make sure everything was done and cleaned up properly. I would recommend them to anybody.
