Fausto Deras was the best realtor for our needs! He was amazing! Fausto gave us a list of things to do to prepare our house for listing to help it show better and to get the best price for our house. He walked us through every step of the process and we had a contract on our house within 2 WEEKS! We were able to close on our house just over 1 month from listing it! Fausto kept us well-informed and was extremely helpful in all aspects of selling our house! I would highly recommend Fausto Deras and Texas Regal Properties for all of your real estate needs!
