I received what looked like an invoice form this company i feel like they are looking to scam people into paying for services that provide by making you think you are their customer. They have provided yard care--weed control, fertilizer treatments, and spraying for lawn pests--for past 6+ years...and for the first 2-3 years they also did a house we owned in Bedford that our son rented. The person who bought that house asked who did our yard because of how pretty and green, and weed-free, it was. We are very happy with Gro Lawn--we get notifications before they come out so we can make sure our dog is inside. Sometimes there might be problems w/the truck or equipment and they might need to reschedule. Sometimes rain comes and we need a re-treat but they have been very good to follow up if there are issues.... I have recommended them to friends and while I don' tthink any of our neighbors in this subdivision used them before we moved in, I think there are a couple who have discovered the quality service they provide... I just wish they had a lawn care service that weeded flower beds...

My yard never gained any progress despite following all recommendations from Gro Lawn. In fact they came on a day where it was windy and not only did they ruin my yard, they let the wind carry chemical into my neighbors yard which ruined their lawn. I called into the office and they argued. I took photos and everything and they still denied any responsibility. Humiliating me due to my "knowledge" of their industry. Untimely, unprofessional, and does NOT stand behind their guarantee. Consumer beware!

I've had Gro Lawn servicing my lawn for about a year now, and I wanted to give them that much time in order to give them a fair review. My lawn used to be one of the worst on the block. Once it got to the point where pulling weeds could've been considered a full time job, I decided to choose Gro Lawn. I chose them because they offered more lawn treatments throughout the course of a year, for a slightly lower price. In regards to their service, I have no complaints. I'll always receive a phone call letting me know when they'll be coming to treat the lawn, and will always be left an invoice indicating what services were rendered. After a year, all of the problem weeds I had are now gone, and haven't grown back. The only possible complaint I can think of is that they're not the best at returning phone calls/voicemails.

Does a good job however they have raised their prices over the last couple of years which drove me to find another provider.

I've been trying to get them to understand that I want it cut taller. We want it to be 3 to 3 1/2 inches. I think this last time they finally got it right. The price seems to be pretty medium to me. I had another guy come and give me a price and he was extremely high. They are very quick and they come in and get it done. One of the things I don't really like is that sometimes some of the people they send out don't speak English so if you try and say something to them they don't understand. That part I don't care a whole lot about. They come in and do the work and get out and that is kind of nice. They've told us in the past if we have any issues to call and talk to them at the office and they will convey it to those guys. I feel like we tried that and a few weeks earlier I wasn't too happy with them. If they had one person that was bilingual that would be nice. It isn't always the same crew. They are always reliable. They are always there on Thursday morning.

The provider was supposed to treat the lawn and gardens for weeds at a fixed rate of $49.00 every month and a half. However, the weeds were worse after two treatments and they added a treatment for grub control at an additional charge of $54.00 which wasn't explained to me at the onset of the service. They promised to refund the $54.00 and credit my charge card. They failed to do so and after five calls to them I continued getting excuses. I have finally written off the $54.00 as all I got were failed promises. I was suspicious at the beginning when they would only set up the service through a credit card thay was to be billed after each treatment. I should have gone with my gut feeling about this company.

If you keep your back yard locked, make sure to unlock before they arrive. We are always satisfied with their work.

I liked that they do pest control, fertilizers and weed. The prices were reasonable. The only thing I really like was that they take care of all three things. I do not have to have three different people doing three different things. The service seemed to be less expensive than some of the pesticide people I was using.
