I hired The Maid Place to do a move out cleaning on a small one bedroom apartment. They were there cleaning while I was having the moving company move me in to the new place. They called when they were nearly finished and I was so impressed when I walked in. I honestly didn't think they could do much with it as I had lived there a few years with a dog (for some time) and a cat. It looked immaculate. I am planning on setting up a service with them for my new place. Nice, competent and hardworking crew

They arrived early, were very polite, worked very hard and finished in just 3 hours.

We hired them because of their rating on Yelp (we had not joined Angies List yet). The first visit cleaning was a deep clean. The cleaning was fine, but do to carelessness they broke a vase. The second cleaning was fine, not great but fine. The third visit was delayed by one day as they had forgotten the key. The third visit was very poor. Did not clean the hardwood floors or the shower as there was spots all over the glass doors. We called to complain and the owner (Amanda) sent them back out a week later and they used so much cleaner on the wood floors that they were still wet 2 hours later. Not good for wood floors. Cancelled service and asked for our key to be returned. As of three weeks have not received key. Guess we will have to rekey our entire home. Needless to say this was a bad experience.

They actually arrived an hour early and came right in and started cleaning. 2 women were working -nonstop. This was the initial cleaning and they were here 3 hours. Very thorough and pleasant to have in our home.

Overall I had a great experience with The Maid Place. I learned about them through AB Moving and after reading reviews of their services decided to give them a try. Amanda worked with me because I needed them to come to a house I was buying for a move-in deep clean on short notice. Plus the house is in Ft Worth which I thought might be too far away for them, but it wasn't. The ladies called to let us know they were on their way and arrived early. There was a little bit of confusion about what was included in the cleaning, but it was resolved quickly, and the ladies did a wonderful job. The previous owner of the house had not cleaned in what looked like a year judging by the layer of dust and grime on everything, and when they were done the house smelled fresh and looked great. I paid for a deep cleaning vs a general cleaning and will have them come back out for general cleanings if our budget allows.

Ahh! The joys of a sparkling clean house! I have tried many cleaning services and usually get mediocre results for a high cost. There is always something missed or broken or just not done. Not the case with Claudia and her assistant! Wow, they cleaned and cleaned and cleaned....until I was ready to just tell them it wasn't worth it anymore...it will get dirty again. : )The price was right and the service even better. I have 4 dogs and no carpet to trap the hair, so they had their work cut out for them. I think they were quite exhausted when they left (on their day off btw), but they still left with a smile...sweeping as they walked out. Gosh, were they perfectionists or what?! I loved them and can't wait for them to come back REAL soon!

I contacted this company about a move-out clean for an apartment I was vacating. I called them more than 10 - 12 before the required service date. We discussed the fact that I was asking for service on the Saturday after Thanksgiving, and I was told that this would not be a problem. I called the company the day before to confirm the appointment, and was told by the woman who answered that she did not have her schedule with her but that she would call me back that day. She never called back, and the cleaners never arrived. I spoke to the owner by phone on Saturday morning, after having waited for an hour. She told me that she was out of town, could not get in touch with the person she left in charge, and that no one would be coming that day.
