North Dallas Fence & Arbor

These fences were built just as I requested, on time and at the cost he estimated. No surprises. Great Work. I would recommend them to anybody considering replacing their fence.

George was great! He walked me though the entire fence process. He explained the different types of wood that are out there. Let me know that no one is supposed to charge tax, or additional fees for credit card processing. This actually came up when getting estimates from others. I would recommend him to anyone looking to put in a new fence.

I would like to give Kenny a good report, as I would like to believe the job would have gone well. But, I can't say that for sure. Maybe he's just too busy. To begin with, after our initial phone call when he told me he would call me when he would be able to drop by and look at the job -- he didn't ever call, and I had to call him back. We set an appointment, but I arrived and sat there for 10 minutes past the appointment time before I called him and found out that he hadn't even left yet. So he was almost 30 minutes late. We had a good impression of him when he gave the estimate, and would have been willing to still consider him for the job --but he never gave us the estimate. It is now 13 days later, and I e-mailed him twice, but he never responded. So, I can't say that I would ever use him, because at this point, I wouldn't be sure that he would actually show up. It's too bad, as we liked him, and from other reviews, we thought he would do a good job. But if he can't show up on time or get back to us with an estimate . . . Maybe the job was too small for him to bother with -- but I would appreciate the courtesy of being told that.

I called a two companies to quote me a new fence in addition to George at North Dallas Fence. One company was very good about calling me back and setting up and keeping an appointment for the quote, while the other guy, one highly recommended on the city forums, scheduled an appointment and never showed and never called. Wanting to get at least one more quote, I had a mailer from George's company, so I went to his website and was impressed that I could fill out a form right on his site in order to get the ball rolling. I scheduled a time for an estimate, and George was not only on time, but got there early to take measurements to make the process that much faster. George really impressed me with his honesty and what appeared to be a genuine care for making sure the job was done right. To boot, he came in a little under the other quote, and I just had a better feeling about George, so I went with him. There were weather delays before ever getting started, but when he told me the crew would be there, they were there and got going right away. The job was done in a timely manner and everything was done exactly as quoted and I am very happy with the result. I feel comfortable that George is a man of his word, and if I do have any problems down the road, he will take care of me.

We were very pleased with George and North Dallas Fence. The fence was 58 feet with two gates at a cost of $1938 as estimated. George arrived on time to estimate the fence. I was impressed by his knowledge and professionalism from the start. He educated me about the various aspects of fence construction and provided a detailed written estimate. During the entire process which included bad weather in the form of an ice storm the fence was completed to our satisfaction within the time indicated. During that process George was in constant contact with me. I only have good things to say about George and North Dallas Fence & Arbor. I would recommend them to anyone without reservations. In the future if we have a need for any additional projects such as an Arbor or patio cover etc I will definitely call George and North Dallas Fence.

From quote to the finish of the product the people were always on time. Everything that was going to be done was explained in great detail which was wonderful. There was great attention to detail paid throughout the project and it was done very fast. Amazing job!!! I would highly recommend them.
