Diagnostics by Johnny Olivera determined sewer line breakage under the house due to tree roots & foundation issues. Excavation, repair, inspection & backfill was completed within the time frame initially proposed. This had been an ongoing issue for over 2 years that other plumbers failed to diagnose. Commendations to Mr. Olivera & Legacy!!!

I have used Legacy Plumbing on several occasions. They are always prompt, professional and friendly. Yes, I plan to use them again whenever I have a plumbing need.

I called on Monday, sent them a photo of my exterior wall faucet leak and was given an appointment window of 12 to 2 on the next day (Tuesday) with a repair estimate of $186 to $362. Their technician (José) showed up in a professional service truck at 12:00 on the dot, in a clean uniform with identification. José promptly completed the repair for the minimum quoted ($186), showed me what caused the problem and explained how to minimize future maintenance on our outside faucets. While he was here he volunteered to check on the condition of our hot water tank (he said it was fine). When I asked him about a shower plumbing concern, he inspected it and confirmed it was a reasonable DIY type of project if I wanted to try it first. José was very thorough and took the time to answer my questions without a pressured sales pitch for any additional repairs. He also said it was OK to call anytime I ran into a snag on an elementary DIY project. I hope this is their norm - I’m definitely sold on José and their service and highly recommend them.

They were wonderful from the first person I spoke to on the phone to the plumber himself. They were able to complete the job in 2 days from the original call, the final bill was a bit less than what was originally quoted so it was just a great experience all around. Highly recommend!

I have not been surprised by a business in many, many years...until today! I called Legacy Plumbing because our last experience with them was so positive but today they thoroughly surprised and delighted me. I called them out because we had water pooling in our front yard. I spoke to Megan on the phone and she walked me through a way to check whether it was a plumbing or sprinkler issue. She did this so we wouldn't pay for a service call and then be told they can't help us. It, unfortunately, was a plumbing problem and they came out, on time, the next day. Their tech, Mike and his assistant took a few minutes to determine what the problem was. I told them we had had the PRV valve replaced a few years ago and they asked me who did the work. I could not remember. They uncovered the valve and went to work. A few minutes later Mike knocked on our door and told me it was Legacy that had replaced the PVR 4 years earlier and that the valve was out of warranty but that the person(s) who did the work did not do it properly so they were going to fix it for NO CHARGE! Now I have heard of a lot of companies claiming to stand behind their work but this rendered me speechless. I did not ask them to do this, in fact I did not know that it was Legacy that had done the work. They could just as easily have fixed it, charged me and I would never have known. Also, after 4 years I would not have expected their to be any warranty on the work done. Mike told me the repair should have cost us almost $700 but we were not charged at all. THAT IS INTEGRITY! If you use any other plumbing company you are throwing your money away. Legacy Plumbing is the only company I will ever use in my home from now on.

I was impressed from the get-go! I found Legacy thanks to Angie's list, and put in an online service request late Sunday afternoon (around 4:30pm). I didn't expect to hear back until Monday, but received a phonecall from Kris within about an hour. She was great -- asked for an explanation of the problem, explained what it sounded like to her and what the procedures might be. She gave me a range of prices from an easy unclog to having to remove and reseat a toilet to reach the clog -- all prices were reasonable. She scheduled me for their first available appointment (Tuesday morning), and told me she would put me on their cancellation list as well. Sure enough, a little after 8am Monday morning I received a call back. Another appointment had cancelled, so Cannon and Luis were at my house by 9:45am Monday morning. (I am very impressed that they gave me a clear 2 hour window for when they would come, followed by a "warning" call about 30 minutes before they arrived. ) Cannon and Luis were awesome. Both were professionally dressed ( my neighbor commented they were the "best dressed plumbers" he'd ever seen!), covered their feet when they entered my home, and were polite, friendly, and informative as they worked. Cannon explained every step, giving me an idea of what they were looking for, what they might find, and reassuring me that there were solutions for every possibility. They found the clog and cleared it quickly. In addition, Cannon gave me a series of other suggestions for cheap/easy things I could do to prevent the problem happening again and ways to protect my plumbing -- simple things that PREVENT me calling a plumber! The finished price was spot on to the estimate Kris had given me the night before. I was exceptionally pleased with every interaction with them, and (assuming the problem stays fixed -- it's only been a couple of hours! LOL) I will definitely call them again for my plumbing needs. $50 service call (they would have waived it if I'd provided a backpack or school supplies for their current school supply drive, but I didn't make it to the store) + $184 for unclogging the drain -- total of $234

Always great starting with calling to schedule the appointment. They always ask for the problem and give you an estimated cost over the phone. The plumber then comes and assesses the problem and gives you best and worst case cost. They repair the problems and always do an amazing job cleaning up. Highly recommend! Matthew and Schuyler did a great job!

Did a great job installing a toilet and doing general check of water heaters. Left no mess.

Plumber Kelly McGinn pulled the toilet, determined the situation, and successfully corrected the source of the problems--an incorrectly installed flange that made the toilet loose at the floor. He replaced the press in flange with a brass flange and properly secured it to the floor as well as reset the toilet with a new wax ring and the correct bolts, regrouting around the base and installing a new supply line and shut off valve. This was all done expertly and with detailed explanations of each step. Mr. McGinn was prompt, professional, extremely tidy, courteous and patient, as I had many questions. Best plumbing experience ever. I will use Legacy Plumbing hereafter.

Excellent service! Daniel has been to my 20+ year home several times to make a variety of repairs as well as to perform some preventative maintenance. He arrives on time, diagnoses and explains the problem clearly, and then gets down to work in an efficient and friendly manner. Daniel takes the time to make sure the job is done right! FabulousI! I used these guys in the past for replacing a water heater, and their work was phenomenal. Called them again for this job. They promised to start with the lowest-cost fix first, and only go up from there if it didn't work. Turns out they fixed it for the lowest cost. They explained what they were doing at every stage. Oh, and while they were here, they offered to go up in the attic and check the water heater and the auto shut-off system. No extra charge. Both Taylor and Logan were courteous, professional, and friendly. And they know their stuff. I'll be using them again.

Kelly McGinn and his partner were fantastic! Took great care to protect area rug and wood stairs, and were very professional. Helped me with advice on a problematic shower valve as well. Overall a great experience.
