These folks were great. They did a great job replacing my water heaters. They were prompt, neat, and efficient. They were helpful when I asked their advice on other plumbing projects. I will definitely use them for all my plumbing needs and refer them to neighbors and friends.

The service person was awesome (M.) - The service cost was not, and I even had a discount. I know they are booked, so why change the prices...But it stinks that even though I'll use them again, knowing that something that took 20 minutes cost this much, how much are the other services? But because of (M.) and his helpful tips and professionalism, I will keep the contact info handy.

They were fantastic. I called several places for "ball park" estimates. Legacy immediately called me back...once with the office assistant with an estimate and again with the expert plumber for a concrete quote - they were the same. They were very upfront, honest and extremely friendly and the best price. (plus the Angie's Discount...that was an extra bonus!) They were able to come out and replace our two hot water heaters that next Saturday...which worked out well for our busy schedules. Our plumber, Matt, was absolutely fantastic - just like I had read on Angie's list. He explained every bit of what he was doing and helpful pointers, etc. Unfortunately, we've had MANY issues w/ our plumbing and several thousand dollars later. So we've had a lot of other plumbers at our house and we've been EXTREMELY disappointed with all of them....lying, bait and switch, etc. Hence, our joining Angie's List. Legacy Plumbers were absolutely fantastic!!! I could not recommend them enough. They are now our plumbers for life.

I called Legacy Plumbing because there was a leaky faucet in my backyard. The man was very nice and quoted me two prices as soon as I told him what the problem was. He showed up promptly and My husband is the MOST DIFFICULT to please. I cannot believe that my husband actually called me after he left and told me how satisfied he was with the work done. I think that says it all.

I was very pleased with the service. When I called for an appointment, they had a person in my area so they were able to be at my house about 30 minutes after I called. Matt was very professional and nice.! He fixed the kitchen faucet, and answered all my questions about my water heater and my clothes washer. I asked him about a tankless water heater. He gave me all the information I needed without any pressure to buy. He gave me as estimate so that I could think about it.

Called and they informed me that they didn't install bathtubs, although it says so on their I.D. page

Matt made me the first call as promised and called 30 minutes ahead. Good thing as I was still in bed. He was very pleasant, played with my cat and made small talk. He also showed me how to unscrew the drain pop up top so I could clean it myself next time. And he volunteered the 10% discount for Angie's List without my having to ask. All in all a very pleasant experience.

Legacy Plumbing did an excellent job for us. They provided us with an initial phone estimate on the cost to fix the leaky faucet, fix the drain line and repair the leaky toilet. The phone estimate on these services matched the price charged when these items were fixed. Wayne was the plumber sent out to do these repairs. I found him to be very knowledgeable and willing to answer questions. I also appreciated his willingness to suggest alternatives. While he was fixing the items I originally called about, I asked him to quote installation of a new laundry tub. Since the overall price was fair, we went ahead and made an appointment for him to install the laundry tub the following week. The following Monday Wayne arrived on time and did an excellent job with the laundry tub installation and gas line extension for the dryer. We love the laundry tub and use it all the time.

Wayne resealed the toilet and checked for other leaks in the bathroom. He always does a good job. I will definitely tell everyone about Legacy Plumbing.

We needed a new hot water heater after the pilot light on the existing one refused to stay lit. A couple of the companies we had in to try to repair it failed to diagnose the problem nor did they correct it. We chose Legacy Plumbing out of the 3 contractors interviewed because of the brand they carried, their price and their knowledge and professionalism during the initial interview. They answered all of our many questions and obtained all of the necessary permits. The installation went very smoothly, and their installers were punctual, courteous and efficient. We would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone who asked for a good plumbing company.

The morning of the appointment Matt called to let me know he was on his way. He arrived and got right to work. After checking for a degraded seat/washer, Matt said the faucet, which is cemented into the wall, had to be replaced. Matt was able to remove the faucet from the outside rather than cutting through an interior wall and had things up and running in no time. This company and their people know their stuff!

I joined Angie's List this week specifically for the purpose of finding a good plumbing company and am absolutely thrilled with my results. Based on the excellent reviews I called Legacy Plumbing and made arrangements for them to come check out several issues, old water supply lines, toilets not filling, and the perplexing issue of the extremely low water pressure we had. Wayne and Larry arrived on time and went through the list of items I wanted to address, gave me what I considered to be excellent estimates and then began diagnosing the water pressure situation. I had previously paid for another company to do this and they found no leak or explanation for the dwindling pressure and noise we heard, so I had my fingers crossed that Legacy Plumbing would do a much better job of problem solving. Within minutes Wayne identified that the problem was the city's line into our main and asked me to call the city right away. The city responded very quickly and Wayne was able to tell them what he discovered and the city is out fixing that issue right now at no cost to me! Words cannot express how wonderful it feels to have finally found this company and these honest men with true plumbing experience and most of all integrity. Wayne and Larry quickly addressed all my other maintenance issues and they left everything clean. They explained what they were doing, answered my questions, and offered helpful advice. We will be replacing our hot water heaters very soon and I WILL DEFINITELY BE CALLING LEGACY PLUMBING! and I'm asking for Wayne again. For the first time in 20+ years I have someone I can honestly recommend and trust! My thanks to Legacy Plumbing and Wayne for being extraordinary!

They seemed reasonable and they were on time. We paid what they quoted. They gave us some recommendations and we would call them when we are ready. Their price was reasonable.

We ripped the coupon out for a free service call and they were excellent. It was very inexpensive because we didn't have to pay for the service call. They came promptly and they knew their stuff. They were friendly and likeable. The owner of the company called to see if there were any problems with the service. We plan to use them again for another project. We would really recommend them.

I contacted Legacy Plumbing after reading reviews on Angie's. They agreed to send a person to our house on Saturday morning. Nobody showed up at the appointment time(I think appt was at 10:00am). We waited at home for several ours after that thinking plumber might be stuck at some other location. Eventually Wayne called early evening and told me that he was stuck at some water leak and asked if he could come right away. Though we were very unhappy that nobody called us to let us know about delay, we asked him to come. He was extremely nice and spent quite a bit of time with us explaining all the possible options. We had a water heater in a closet . It was 10 years old. Since we have wood floors all over the house, we thought having a water heater inside the house is a risk. He told us that he can plug that one off and reroute water from Garage to the two bathrooms using heater inside the house. We were concerned about hot water taking long time to reach from garage, he suggested putting a recirculation pump. We could tell that he was very knowledgeable. After researching the pump and getting quotes from three other companies/individuals(20-30% higher) we decided to go with Legacy for the job. On the day of the work Wayne came on time with one more person. Job was finished withing 4 hours. One thing surprised me. They needed to drill a hole in the wall to get cable for circulation pump to the electric outlet. I did not notice this before they left but in the evening we saw that there were three holes in the wall. I am surprised they did not have stud finder to find a good location for drilling a hole in the wall. Though this is in the garage, we need to close these two quite big holes. Even with these minor glitches(late arrival for initial appt and having unnecessary holes in the wall), I would still recommend them. Our overall experience was very good. I will hire them in the future as well.

They were very professional and knowledgeable. They thoroughly explained what was causing the problem with the drain. They were neat and cleaned up well after themselves.

Wayne was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We had a leak, and instead of thinking up ways to charge us for unnecessary work, he told us his honest opinion which would not require a plumber. We took his advice and fixed our outside window seals and masonry and are currently watching to see if this fixed the issue. Since we were a first time customer, the visit was free. Thank you Wayne, for being so friendly and honest --and for breaking the stereotype of your field. Finding an honest plumber is like finding a unicorn. I will be recommending your company to everyone I know!

Went very well. Company personnel were professional and on-time. Inspected work and told me what work did NOT need to be done. This was in response to an inspection report that we received as a result of selling our condo. They also gave me realistic up-front estimates of work that needed to be done, then returned as scheduled and did the work.
