Arrived on time..called to let me know they were on the way. Repaired the leak very quickly. I also had another concern with a faulty faucet in the master bath...They took time to see if there was a problem...Said it was just the design and everything was OK. Extremely professional. would call them again for any plumbing needs

I was about to install a new faucet in the kitchen when I noticed that one of my shut off valves was leaking and another didn't work at all. I called Legacy and got scheduled for the next day. They called me a few minutes later and let me know that they could come out right now due to a cancellation. Doug showed up in the next 30 minutes and did an excellent, quick and clean job with the shut off valve replacement (I had him do the dishwasher shut off also because it was looking bad too). On a whim, I asked him to check and see if our water pressure was up to code (we just moved in to a new house and it seems much lower than we're used to). He quickly diagnosed that the pressure was 37 pounds when code is 80. He adjusted the in ground valve until pressure was appropriate and taught me how to check it myself to see if it drops - he also quoted a price for replacement if needed. Overall, an excellent service experience - highly recommended!

They called ahead, arrived on time and explained what they were going to do. They were clean and professionable and willing to answer my questions. Wayne was very knowledgable and they both did a great job and made it a smooth experience.

They were on time in professional attire/uniform. They had a dirty job to do and determined the problem and how to fix it. I had a clear and understandable set of quotes (3) for what might have to be done. They kept me informed of their progress and once they determined the problem, told me the quote that applied. They did all the work that day, cleaned up their work area. Excellent customer service & excellent work.

The visit went well. The plumber (Daniel) was very efficient and the pricing was as estimated. I'm going to have them come back to reconnect the water and gas lines once the drywall and cabinetry are completed.

The plumbers who came to our home were professional, friendly, and very informative. They replaced the faucet in our brick and sealed it nicely with silicone caulk. While they were here, they checked our other hose bib to ensure that it hadn't busted. I was highly impressed with their professionalism, efficiency, and pricing. We had used a different company several years ago to replace the same hose bib. While Legacy was a little more expensive ($189 vs. $150), they did a much better job and used a better quality faucet. I am very pleased and will definitely recommend this company to others.

It was slow going at first. Doug came to the house a little after 1:30 pm (was on time from his ETA call) and I explained the problem. We had water coming from the bottom of the wall in our garage. The wall was wet and started to mold. He cut a section of the wall out and determined water was coming from above. I explained the guest bathroom was directly above the section of the garage where the water was coming from but we never use it. I went upstairs and flushed the toilet, turned on the shower and the faucet in the bathroom. He determined it was not a water pipe leaking but needed to check for an AC condensation drain. He checked for condensation build-up in the guest bathroom and also in a little attic area off a guest bedroom and nothing. He cut higher up on the wall and a section of the ceiling and could feel cold water coming down the pipes. After another 35-40 minutes he determined it was coming from a pipe joint and it needed to be replaced. When he started cutting the pipe we noticed brown g*** coming out. He checked further up the line and found that the pipe was clogged and that the builder drove a nail through the pipe. Because the pipe was clogged (with what appeared to be wallpaper and glue from previous owner) it was blocking the drainage pipe and the pressure from the build-up of condensation runoff from the AC units was spurting out of the hole where the nail had rusted. This was causing the water in the wall. No mold or water damage so we were lucky. Doug was great (3.5 hrs in a hot garage? The guy was a trooper) and did a great job. He even checked the smaller bathroom to make sure we had enough room to put in a raised toilet. The repair was made and we have not seen water since. He also told me they can refer someone to do the drywall repair in the garage if we need it. I will definitely call Legacy Plumbing again.

Legacy Plumbing?came earlier than expected with a courtesy call before coming. Diagnosed the problem and did a good job.

We had a back yard faucet that wasn?t working. When I called, it was no problem getting a convenient day and time for them to send someone out. The office pulled a previous invoice and was able to schedule Matt, he?s been here in the past and it?s nice dealing with familiar folks. Matt was very punctual, calling when he was on his way. He arrived, got to work, found the problem and had everything fixed, back in place and up and running in no time. I?ve used Legacy Plumbing in the past and have always found them to have great customer service, quality workmanship, fair prices and good people.

i thought i had a problem with a sewer pipe leak causing the divot in the yard. Legacy came out, took a look and told me that the divot is common in the area and that it is not a result of a leak. no work was necessary. very professional and will use them when i need some work done in the future.

Legacy Plumbing was able to accomodate us by doing a full install (in the attic) within 2 days of my call and one day before a house full of company. The technicians were thorough, efficient and knowledgeable, explained everthing about the new system and even noted that there was a significant gap around the attic vents that I had my roofer repair. I was very impressed with their work and additude and would definitely use them again.

First rate outfit! Super polite, friendly and professional lady that answers the phones, and they worked with my schedule changes very well. They over-communicate on everything, especially anticipated costs - you know exactly what you are getting into before you spend a dime. When the tech found out that my valve was 6 feet under ground instead of the usual 2 feet, he called in another tech, and went on a mining expedition to fix it. It was late Friday afternoon when they figured out the job would be bigger and dirtier than anticipated, I am certain a lesser plumber would have reset for the following week, but they made it happen right then. They spot quoted me a couple of future projects I might do as well. Tech was also friendly, polite and professional. Good clean-up, no complaints at all, will use for next plumbing issue.

This plumbing work was scheduled in the middle of 2 tub surround tile re-do's, so the shower was down to the studs at the time Legacy Plumbing showed up. I passed along the thickness number that the tile guy said he was going to install (backer and tile). So the plumbers had the exact measurements of where the tub spout pipe needed to be. Yet in one bath, the pipe for the tub spout was way too short. And in the other, it was way too long. Both of these were easily fixed, but given the exact measurements up front, re-work should not have been necessary. (The tile guy said rework was never necessary when they brought in their own plumber - but he had retired). In one bath, the connection for the shower head pipe (inside the wall) was too deep and an extension needed to be added. Yet another "fix up" needed that really should not have been necessary with a little measuring and planning. One of the tub spout pipes was installed at a slight angle. This also was "fixed", but should have been done right the first time. These guys were not inexpensive, so I had expected a higher quality job with less oversight on my part requiring rework. Everything turned out ok in the end, but after all the rework I figure I'll try someone else next time.

They arrived within the alloted time frame as usual. The technician was neatly dressed and very pleasant. He identified himself before entering my house. Really appreciate their professionalism. He went to the hot water heater and told me that if this needed a part that I would have to order it from the manufacturer because they did niot carry parts for this model. In addition, he let me know that this manufacturer had had problems with defects int he past. He said he would try to light the pilot. He was not able to resolve the issue. When he told me, he had written all the information that i needed for calling the manufacturer. He said he would wait while I called just in case they had questions. While I was on the phone, he was able to schedule the appt to install the parts to fit my schedule. As always, the technician was courteous and professional. Legacy is definitely my plumberbof choice.

I was very impressed with Legacy from the start. They were very professional. Angie worked with my schedule. She even called me back to see if I wanted them to come earlier since they had a cancellation in their schedule. They were scheduled betwoon 12-2 and the plumber arrived at around 12:15. He was courteous and ready to go to work. The work was completed in approx. 90 minutes with the area cleaned. He explained the type of water heater, what they had done and showed me the manuals for the waterheater. I was impressed with the tablet technology that they were using. I received a confirmation of my bill by email that day. Overall, they were great. I have already called them to schedule another appt. for my other water heater!!

Overall very well. I have become leery of plumbers in particular over the years. These guys are great however.

.Late one evening, our water heater began to pour water out of the exterior drain pipe onto the patio. I checked it out and found that there was water shooting out of the water heater near the pilot light. I managed to get it pretty much under control bu by then it was close to mid night. I checked Angie's list and decided to give a couple of plumbers a call first thin the next morning. The info for Legacy Plumbing said their office opened at 8AM. One of the reviews I read for them said the office had answered the phone earlier than the 8AM start time. I called them at 7:30AM and was greeted by one of the most pleasant people I hasve ever dealt with over the phone. The young lady was the same one referenced in the review I had read and I can't recall her name. I explained my problem, and my desire to get the repair work done the same day, and as quickly as possible. She checked their schedule and told me that they were completely booked that day but they could do it the next day. I told her that would not work for me and I just simply had to get this done the same day. She was very apologetic that they could not accommodate me. She volunteered to make some calls and see if they could move some things around so they could do it that same day. I thanked her for offering to do that and gave her my cell #. About an hour later she actually called me back! She had worked it out so someone could be at my house at 10AM. I thanked her and accepted the appointment. She went on to give me a detailed worse case scenario estimate over the phone, including the permit and inspection fees required by the city. She explained that there may have been one or two things she included that may not actually be necessary. If so, the repair crew would let me know and adjust the billing accordingly. I was impressed. At 10AM, the repair arrived. After inspection of the dsmaged water heater, they confirmed the estimate that I had been given over the phone, but pointed out that one of the repair items was not necessary because I did not have a 'closed system'. They adjusted the billing and went to work. A couple of hours later, the water heater was replaced and everything was back on line. BOTTOM LINE; I was impressed with Legacy Plumbing. From the initial contact with the very pleasant scheduler in the office (early), to the very professional two man team that performed the work. They were all very professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely use them again for any of my plumbing needs.

I called Theron the day before Thanksgiving, while wearing the kitchen out preparing a meal for expected visitors, when the disposal quit working and started backing up. Legacy was VERY busy but still managed to get someone out to our house that day to replace the disposal.
