He was very good at what he is doing and fixed it in 45 minutes. Polite, quick and neat. I am very satisfied with the work. But on the other hand, I think the charge is kind of expensive. I have the new T&P valve. $140 for 45 minutes of work.

Daniel did a great job. He was on time very professional and very thorough. Repaired our faucet quickly explained all the work and left the work area clean and tidy. I will definitely use these guys in the future and recommend them to my friends.

Daniel was very professional. He called before arrival to let me know he was on the way. He completed the work in the expected timeframe. Also, he took the time to explain (and show) what was wrong and what was needed. The cost estimate given on the initial phone call was pretty much the cost at the time of the job. So, no funny business there. I would certainly use Legacy Plumbing again.

Got the coupon from AngiesList. Contacted Legacy Plumbing to get pricing. They said without seeing what is needed to be done, the low cost would be around $165 and high would be possibly $265. This is on top of $65 for service call cost. They said that the AngiesList coupon can only be used for the work which will be performed and not anything else. So minimum I would have to pay them with the coupon would be $205. I contacted another vendor and they said it will cost $135 to get the work done. I understand that without seeing what the problem is they cannot give a good estimate but their low price was much higher than what someone else was willing to do the work for.

I am Tori's mom and because Tori was working I was here during the repairs . Legacy employee, Daniel, was prompt courteous, accomodating and kept his cool when problems developed and the 9:30 appointment extended to 3:45. The work was completed and the drain was still plugged up. Daniel had to try twice to unplug the drain and worked until he was successful. Tori returned before the work was completed. She met Daniel and discussed the repairsand concluded the repairs were done correctly. Tori gave Daniel high mark forbeing knowledgeable and his professional demeaner. Tori and I recommend Legacy Plumbing to all Angie's members. Yes, Tori would hire Legacy again.

Daniel Zukowski, repair specialist for Legacy Plumbing, got here when they said they would arrive. He used a drop cloth and a machine like a roto ruter, pipe unstopper. He unstopped sink. .I heard faucets running. He took equipment back to truck. He cleaned out sinks. He came into living room and explained what he had done and told me how much I owed. It was the exact price that they had told me it would cost when I talked to them on phone. I'm very satisfied with their service.

I had put off hiring a plumber because I expected to be over-charged. Legacy has very fair pricing and much better service than anyone I've used before (for plumbing or other home repair).

Our hot water heater was doing a poor job lately after 13 years of service. We decided that it was time to replace it since the builder put it in the attic and we did not want a nasty surprise. After looking at some other providers we chose Legacy Plumbing. They have a really good website with a lot of detail including price information. Amber was really nice on the phone and set up and appointment quickly and gave accurate quote information up front. The crew came in right on time and went over the entire process with me. A slight modification to the pipes had to be made since the builder had the cutoff valve under the old laws. They replaced the Bradford White with a newer model, fixed the pipe situation and installed the automatic shutoff. They also set up the inspection with the city and we were good to go. Overall, very professional, courteous, friendly and technically accurate! We are quite pleased with Legacy Plumbing service and definitely recommend them.

Legacy Plumbing is the only company to use for plumbing repairs, etc. Matt went above and beyond to fix an annoying bubbling sound in my downstairs bathroom by isolating the issue in my attic (AC set up issue) and fixing it! I sleep so much better now that that annoying sound is done. He also fixed a clog in my upstairs bathroom quickly and without any issue. I received the utmost in customer service from Matt and I highly recommend Legacy Plumbing!

I purchased the big deal coupon for this service and it went well. This is the first time that I’ve used them. They were really fast and professional. They were really upfront about their billing, which was nice. So they kind of gave me a range of what the prices were going to be. Once they completed the work, there were no surprises about what they estimated. It was actually the lowest price that they had estimated. I think their price was fair.

It wasn't a deal that I thought it was.

An upstair bathroom sink got completely clogged up. My husband tried everything, from plunger, to bleach, to snake... Nothing worked. Called Legacy Plumbing on a Monday morning. Only because of my schedule conflict, they had to wait until Tuesday to come. Theron was very courteous and professional. Asked questions and gave me an estimate over the phone. It was very easy and all set to go. Doug, the service guy, called on his way to my house. He quickly diagnosed the problem which included climbing up in the attic. It turned out to be that our 14-year-old house has finally choked up by the AC drainage. (We failed to do the monthly bleach clean for it...) Doug had to cut some pipes up there, unclog the gunk from there, and get the drain to flow. He was here for almost exactly an hour, worked every minute of it. By the end, he cleaned up the work area, vacuumed the hallway where the access to the attic is, (might have used ours left in the hallway), and finished the whole job 5 minutes before the scheduled end time! (That was important for me because I had to be somewhere after that.) The final price was exactly what Theron quoted me over the phone. (Actually $1 less.) I was afraid that going to the attic was going to drive the total up... But no hidden charges, no surprises. Very happy with the whole experience! Will definitely do business again!

We have a terrible smell in our master shower. Doug came out to inspect it and determined that it was the pan and the whole shower would have to be ripped out to repair it. Unfortunately they do not do remodeling so he gave me to 2 recommendations. He also looked at my water heaters and gave me a quote on those as well. I appreciate his honesty and will certainly call them again!

Worked rapidly and efficiently, but couldn't repair problems pending replacement parts..Will call him again..

Wayne came out when he was expected and scoped the entire line and found no problems.

The guys were easy to schedule, fully understood what needed to be done without much conversation. Wayne showed up before scheduled time, and he and Lee performed the work very professionally. Took extra care to ensure the inside of my house was not left dirty. After finding the minor leak, made the necessary repairs and put things back in place. Can't tell they were even here. Nice job, would recommend them.

Daniel Zukowski , who I will definitely ask for again, arrived at my home precisely at 10:00 a.m. as scheduled and replaced an outside spigot that had been leaking. He was very professional and personable and fixed the problem in less than 10 minutes. I was very impressed with the service in all aspects, from the scheduling to the repair. Customer service in the office is top notch and Daniel is not only an excellent and knowledgeable plumber but a delightful person as well. We had a coupon this visit, but the general pricing is very fair with the trip cost much less than I'm used to paying.Additionally, Legacy plumbing donates part of the cost of their services to a very worthwhile charity. This impressed me even further. We have been looking for a plumbing service and happy to say, we found one! Will absolutely call them again for plumbing service!

I am very pleased with this company. I will definitely look to them first for other plumbing needs. I called them for a quote and was given a price over the phone. Theron Young asked if I had used them before. I told him I had not so he took $100 off the price he quoted. I told him it sounded good, but that I was price shopping and he was the first company I called. He was OK with it. After calling another plumber I came back to Legacy and scheduled the install. They were supposed to arrive at 8:30, but I got a call at 8:33 letting me know they were on their way. They arrived at 8:50, but since they had called very close to the time they were supposed to be there, I was OK with it. The install was completed in about an hour and 45 minutes and everything was cleaned up. The price was exactly what was quoted on the phone. No bait and switch when they got there. A few days later the city inspector did the inspection and found everything to be OK. I feel confident in recommending this company to other Angie's List customers.

Matt showed up on time and was very professional. First, he took care of my initial concern - the two bathroom sinks backing up. He was able to use a snake through the drain in one of the sinks to clear the clog. While testing the flow, Matt noticed that the aerator on one of the sinks was in poor shape so he installed a new one for free. I then asked about black specs that I see in my hot water. He knew immediately that I had a tankless water heater. He took me up in the attic and explained to me how I needed to flush the system each year, pointing out the valves to turn on and off to do such. I chose Legacy Plumbing based on their Big Deal offering - $100 worth of plumbing services for $25. I was told of their $50 trip fee when I made my appointment, something I was not expecting when I purchased the deal. Other than having to pay a bit more than I had expected (Big Deal price + additional charges), I was extremely pleased with the service.

Wayne showed up right on time and first talked with me about the past experiences we've had with this toilet. What we first thought the problem was, Wayne quickly realized it was something else. He is quite knowledgeable and didn't just do repair work, but made sure this problem would not re-occur. Wayne explained all of my options and was courteous to give me some direction on making the best decisions for future plumbing issues.

I was only up to code on 1 out of 5 codes. They fixed all of these. They We're VERY knowledgable about all that had to be done to pass city Inspection. Which we did with no problems.
