We had the a great experience - Matt was careful and explained things well. He was timely and courteous. You hear about trying to find good plumbers - as if it's impossibility, but Legacy Plumbing cleared our problems quickly and with excellent reliability.

We had two toilets with issues. One had two leaks one from the tank into the bowl and at the floor. Doug compared the price with the repairs to buying a new toilet and due to the fact the toilet was 23 years old and to make the repairs that would involve taking apart and reseating the toilet costs in labor and parts we decided to purchase a new one. Also had a floor leak one a second toilet and that was repaired as well. Doug fully explained the work and possible maximum costs so we were fully informed in order to make our decision. Doug had a new toilet on this truck and completed all repairs on the first call. We are very happy and impressed with Doug?s customer service, knowledge, and workmanship. After using several companies in the past without being fully satisfied Legacy Plumbing will definitely be our plumbing company of choice. Total cost was $675.00 after using the Angie's List coupon provided on the web site.

I researched via their website before I purchased the deal. The website didn't mention a $50 trip charge that was explained to me when I called to make an appointment. The trip charge makes the services too expensive. It's not even close to being considered a deal with the added $50 trip charge.

Legacy Plumbing sent Wayne and one associate to our home. They arrived on time, verified the scope of work and confirmed the estimated cost to complete the work. They worked quickly, showed us what was corrected and left the work area as clean as it was when they arrived. All trade workers should have the positive, professional attitude these two showed. Legacy provided excellent value for the cost. We will definitely call this firm for future work.

Legacy Plumbing contacted me to set up an appointment time, however after several weeks of playing telephone tag, they told me that I lived outside of their service area. I didn't see a specific service area when I initially purchased the Big Deal. However, their representative, Amber, apologized and said she would refund the amount I had paid for the Big Deal. I haven't seen the refund in my account yet, so I hope this will serve as a reminder to Legacy Plumbing.

Daniel was on time, professional and polite. He listened to our concerns and quickly diagnosed the problem. He performed the work that he described as necessary, and the problem was resolved. There have been no issues since his visit and we will certainly use Lagacy Pluming when a future need arises.

I purchased the $25.00 for $100 in Plumbing Service from Angie's List deal. The provider was very prompt in getting an appointment set up and Matt, the technician who performed the work, called numerous times to let me know where he was and when he was coming out. Matt was extremely professional, very respectful of our home, and was amazingly quick with the work he performed. The work he did was fantastic and cleared up all the issues I was having with a leaking trap under our sink. When Matt arrived, he saw that the drain pipe from the left hand sink to the trap was angled too much due to a garbage disposal that I had installed and quickly set to work fixing the issue. There was a slight snag when he tried to pull lock-nut on the basket off of the left-hand sink as it was completely corroded and stuck to the basket. He had to cut it off in order to get the new plumbing put in place but it was still very quick and the work was done perfectly! The only reason I didn't give an A rating was the price-tag at the end. Although it was much more than I was expecting and the parts were priced quite a bit higher than retail, the job was done perfectly. I guess I was expecting the Angie's List deal to go a lot further than it did. Matt definitely wasn't the issue - I'd call it more of a company policy and procedures rating than an evaluation of Matt's work which I would definitely give an A+ to. Matt was tremendously adept at his job and is a top-notch expert in his trade.

I was very impressed with our service from Legacy Plumbing. We needed a good plumber because we felt we had had bad experiences from other plumbers in the past. We turned to Angie's List and were impressed by all of the comments posted and plus appreciated the coupon they offered. Daniel showed up on time and was extremely professional and very outgoing. He created a great customer relationship by taking the time to explain how and why services were performed. He even took me out and showed me how to turn off the water in our front yard if there ever was an emergency. (very obvious to some but I had never been shown so I was grateful). He gave me lots of other tips to help my plumbing run smoothly, as well. Daniel was not pushy but casually mentioned that Legacy Plumbing is a very service oriented company that donates back to the community. Loved that they are currently doing canned drives to help the Frisco Food Pantry stock for the holidays, building water wells in Africa and other community service projects. I like businesses that have a heart for serving others; says a lot about their management of the company. I will happily refer Legacy to all of my friends and neighbors. Very pleased with service! Legacy Plumbing, Daniel Zurkowski, handled the faucet replacement - he was very professional and helpful explaining each step of the repair. Scheduling was handled with no problems, I knew what the service would cost before the serviceman showed up - all in all a complete professional and reliable company to do business with.

It was great. We had an issue with a toilet that was leaking water into the bowl. We also had another issue with toilet handles. They were clean, conscientious and knowledgeable. I would consider using them again.

The previous home owners had the faucet installed incorrectly. Therefore, the plumber had to cut the faucet which was an extra cost and then also found that the hot water valve was not functioning properly which also had to be replaced. Overall Daniel was great--he explained exactly what the problem was and how much it would be , but our installation cost of the faucet cost more than the faucet itself!

Absolutely FABULOUS! The Legacy Plumbing team was prompt, courteous, professional, responsive and technically competent. They were also reasonably priced. I scheduled the appointment in the am and by mid day Dan was out at our site with all the tools necessary to do the job. He diagnosed the problem and was then quick and efficient in installing the solution. My husband and I were quite and impressed and VERY happy to have found our new plumber!

We called Legacy to hook up a new kitchen sink which was installed when we got new granite countertops the previous day. They were able to come out quickly and sent a plumber named Doug. Doug was very competent and professional, as well as being a nice guy who was pleasant to talk with. The hookup was done properly and works great.

.This was my first time to use Legacy Plumbing and I was so impressed. The office personnel were very friendly and professional. Lee Robinson replaced the hose on my disposal and I can't praise him enough. He was super nice, very professional, and explained everything in detail. He was on time and called me before coming. He quoted me a price before doing the work. After finishing the repair, he checked to make sure there wasn't a leak anywhere else under my sink. I will definitely call Legacy the next time I have a plumbing problem.

The plumbers were very professional and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain all the problems and discuss alternatives. They peformed the work in a quality manner, took the necessary precautions and cleaned up the debris from the work. I will definitely use their services again.

Checked with service provider and found the deal is $100 of the actual service which I will not know for sure until it is checked. (sink drain slow). The estimated cost would between $110 to $215. I thought this $25 is for an hour service that worth $100.

They did a good job, but the repair cost much more than I anticipated. Even with the coupon for $100 of plumbing service for $25, the total cost of the project was about $600. This was a simple issue where the meter box was slowly filling with water. The plumber told me that we had a very small leak in our main line just off of the meter junction. I just thought it was pricey for as simple a repair as it was.

It was fine. They took care of the problem. I would say it is just a job that they were contracted to do. They didn't try into some big expensive project. They worked within the money we had already spent. You get what you pay for and you got a very decent bargain with them. I would use them again in the future.

They did awesome work. The plumber was really nice, came on time and did a great job. I mean I don't have anything bad to say just all good things. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Called Legacy and spoke with Amber. She was very helpful and friendly. Quoted approximate cost to repair garbage disposal and offered pricing on two replacement options also. Set up an appointment for the next day with Amber promising to call prior to them showing up. I had bought a coupon on Angies List and my printer was not working, but Amber set it up so I didn't need to print it. Received a call from Lee at about 1:00pm the next day. An hour early which was great! He came out, explained all options without " up selling " like the plumbers I dealt with recently. No trying to squeeze more money out of us. Just here are your options, I'm here to do what you want done. Lee was a complete professional as well as a super nice guy. When he was done with the work you couldn't even tell he had been here. Everything was cleaned up and put back in place. I am very happy with the service Lee and Amber provided and think I have finally found a plumbing company to replace the plumber I used for 30 years until he retired. Thanks Legacy!!

Daniel was the plumber that came from Legacy plumbing. He was very friendly, courteous, punctual, knowledgeable and very informative. Went above and beyond explaining things to me and looked at other things that I did not have on my initial order and gave me information for future reference and advice to prevent major plumbing issues in the future. He went above and beyond his scheduled job order. Thank you ! Will definitely use again! Very professional and nice! The office staff on the phones were exceptional too! Impressed!
