Legacy Plumbing

I was very pleased with the service. Matt and Canon arrived promptly, really took time to explain things and answered all my questions, and conducted themselves in a professional manner. They were clean and neat with the work. I've been looking for a good local plumber in the Little Elm area. I've tried many of the larger plumbing companies, but I never felt really satisfied. They also shared some background information about how Legacy Plumbing is managed. To have employees speak so highly about the company and the leadership of that organization says a great deal to me about the company. I will definitely use them again.

I noticed water leaking out out the wall. I looked and there was a leak under the Jacuzzi. I called Legacy Plumbing and the receptionist recommended I consult a company that specializes in hot tub. In hindsight this step was unnecessary. The hot tub company came and diagnosed a leak around the drain. I called Legacy back and Matt came out to replace the drain. He was nice enough to replace the stopper in the bathroom sink for free. Matt was professional and punctual. Overall I am happy with the service.

Our HVAC drain line ties into the drain for two interconnected sinks in the kids' bathroom. It has clogged periodically for the past two years. Legacy Plumbing arrived, diagnosed the issue quickly, brought the right equipment to bear and completely cleaned the drain system far more deeply than I ever could have. The whole process took less than 30 minutes and everything is draining superbly now.

Easy to set appointment for only a few days after my call. Arrived promptly, all work was completed in less than two hours. Nearly four months later all work is holding up with no issues. Fair/good chance would use again, but might shop around. Price seemed a bit high (I had bought an Angie's List deal for $25, worth $100; reduced my actual cost for the work to $435)

They were on time, very professional, and had all the required parts on the truck so no delays. Faucet fixed and works great. Checked all the outdoor frost-free faucets that I thought were leaking, told me what I was seeing is normal and nothing to be alarmed about. Then gave me a brief what to do and what not to do on the outdoor frost-free faucets. Very helpful and saved me a lot of money on replacing faucets that I thought were leaking but actually are not. I think their prices are in line with other plumbers, not cheap but not outrageous either. Overall, a very good experience and I would definitely use this company again.

They promptly made the appointment and showed up exactly on time. Even though they were replacing two very old shower valves, they had the parts on the truck. He was even able to replace a very corroded tub drain. He even left the tub and shower cleaner than they were when he arrived, and they gave me a discount coupon for the next time I need service. I will definitely call them again when I need plumbing work.

The plumber replaced the old water supply for the toilet and replaced it with an updated supply line. He went beyond the requested service in suggesting the appropriate method to level the toilet and check for leaks.

Overall A+. Quick, responsive and professional.

As advertised, Lee called about 20 minutes before arriving to let me know he was on the way. Even more impressive he showed up at the beginning of the service window rather than at the end. I asked him to fix the outdoor faucet that was dripping and to inspect the other two. The way Lee handled reviewing what he found left me with the belief that the price would be fair and that he wasn't 'pushing' a repair. I had all three outdoor faucets replaced as a preventative measure (house was built 18 years ago). Lee reinsulated the pipes, patched up mortar around the faucets and left the installation better than he found it. In addition to doing first rate work Legacy was discounting for canned goods contributions to Frisco Family Services... a donation I was happy to make. Legacy is now on my 'go to' list for plumbing work.

Punctual and very nice work. We were so happy, that we asked for quotes to replace out aging water heaters in the near future. Most likely we will go with them when we are ready to replace them

I would definitely use Legacy Plumbing again. The plumber had two disposals on the truck (both of which I thought were a tad pricey), and he never tried to sell me on them ~ which I really liked. He was honest, and did a great job. I had the coupon for "$25 for $100 worth of work". Even without the coupon, I would hire again as I felt the pricing (aside from the disposals) was reasonable.

Replaced 50 gal. electric hot water heater.

Our sewer line was backing up in our bathroom. We called Baker Brothers out and they used a camera in the line and saw a 'rock' in the line. They said the only way to get it out was to bust a hole in our slab and dig it out. They then sent a specialist out and he advised us to reroute our entire sewer system to the outside of our foundation at a cost of $24,000. I then called Legacy Plumbing and they sent Daniel and Canon. I didn't tell them what I already knew about the rock in the line. Daniel approached the problem with an out of the box way of thinking and found the rock in no time. He then worked with a purpose like a man possessed to get the rock out. Daniel and Canon together got the rock out of the line without digging or busting a hole in my slab. I have a residence and 2 rental properties and will use Legacy Plumbing on all my properties.

I used them through a big deal on Angie's List. The service went very well. The guy who came out was extremely friendly and very informative. He gave us options to choose from. It made the experience rather easy for us.

I called they quoted me a price to fix an outside faucet and I found the price to be extremely high.

We are going to be having him do some more work for us. We had another problem and he was able to find it and did not charge me for the extra hour it took to find the problem. Then he gave me a quote for another job. I will use him again.

I paid for the coupon on Angie's List for $100 of work for $25. When I called to schedule the appointment they wanted $50 for a service charge just to come out. This was not mentioned in the details for the coupon. This means I would have only gotten $50 of work for $25. Amber did offer to request a refund for me. I will see how long this takes.

Daniel, the plumber, was very nice and friendly. He did try to fix my old faucet. But since I had a new faucet I was surprised at the price. I had paid $25.00 for $100.00 worth of work. So think what I would have been charged otherwise just to install a faucet.

My call to Legacy was for a second opinion on work needed to repair a toilet to working condition. Other provider is also highly rated on Angie's List, but wanted twice as much to do the same work. I talked to a master plumber on the phone and explained the situation. He assessed it correctly, quoted a price, and sent a knowledgeable plumber to the job site. The job was done in a timely fashion, professional manner, and for a fair price.
