They had a deal. When we called them, they were able to come out right away. The experience was excellent.

I had called on Sunday (they were closed) and left a message to see about scheduling someone to come out and take a look at an outside pipe that had been dripping for days. They called back first thing Monday morning to get more details and we agreed it was something to do with the hot water heater in the garage since the dripping pipe was just on the other side of that wall. Being a new homeowner we weren't quite sure so I was relieved they had a good idea what the problem was, and had quoted a few prices to give me an idea. The plumber was scheduled for 8-10 AM the following day and I was told he'd call when he was on his way. Sure enough, Doug called shortly after 8 AM saying he was en route, and had arrived just before 8:30 AM. Just after coming in he put some plastic bootie/shoe covers on to protect my floor -- I'm mentioning this because I appreciated him taking an extra measure to not track outside debris through my home. After seeing the pipe and the water heater he concluded that it was the temperature and pressure valve that had "popped" and would need to be replaced. It was more or less a very simple fix and the cost to replace the valve was spot on to the quote I was given the day before. And this being our first time using them, they had waived the $50 service fee. The part itself has a 1 year warranty through Legacy Plumbers, and Doug also gave us some really helpful advice to help prevent this from happening again in the future. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future when needed.

They are wonderful and I speak very highly of them. We even referred them to a neighbor. I am very happy with them. The plumber was very nice. The scheduling took only a couple of days. He got the repair done in about an hour on the sink. They were very professional and I would hire them again. They showed up on time.

I called their customer service to ask for an approximate estimate on having someone come out and check the issue with our garbage disposal and pipes under sink. Before I could even finish asking the question the representative immediately tried to Up sell us a new garbage disposal telling me it probably doesn't have the horsepower we need etc etc without even having sent someone out. I hung up as fast as I could and will not call them back.

Daniel was great. He was punctual and efficient, and very communicative about what he was doing. As a single woman, home alone, I'm always aware that it's easy for workmen to take advantage & charge you more for work that doesn't really need to be done. But I felt like Daniel was very honest, and didn't recommend a bunch of expensive fixes that I didn't need. Pricing was fair, and he finished the work quickly. They will definitely be my plumber on call, next time I need one!

Service was great. When he completed the job he performed a small job on one of my bathroom faucets at no charge. I would definitely use Legacy Plumbing in the future.

I appreciate that the owner was willing to give me an approximate cost so I am better informed in my decision making. I will keep this number handy in the event that they begin servicing my area.

It went great. Those guys are the best plumbers that we've ever met. They are fantastic. The initial work was completed immediately. However, we have had them out numerous times for on-going projects and they will be coming out again the first week of February.

Amber set up my appointment. Very nice. Lee performed the service. He was very professional, knew what he was doing and took care of the problem. I was very impressed with the service! We will use them again!

It cost me more than $100, about $400. The cost included just the installation. The price was a little high.

This is my second time using Legacy Plumbing. They arrived on time, went through the entire plan of work before beginning and gave some good advice on revisions to piping and leak detection. They get an A for putting down drop sheets along their entire route up the stairs into the attic. The old water heater insulation was saturated with water, but these guys ensured that not a drop was left on my carpets. They have a great attitude and really stand behind their work.

I actually can't remember the price I was charged, but I know it was based on the Angie's List special. Legacy Plumbing was extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I will keep them in mind for all of my family's future plumbing needs. Thanks!

Legacy Plumbing has a very helpful office staff! They even helped me fix one of our issues over the phone. We also had a great experience with the plumber that came out. We'll use them again for sure!

Lee came on time, looked at it and found the problem. He explained what needed to be done and gave me the options on fixing the problem along with the costs before he did anything. I thought the price was very fair. He had all the parts, was very professional and fixed the problem completely. I will definitly call them next time I have plumbing needs.

I searched Angie's list for several hours before deciding to call Legacy Plumbing to fix a leak in our main water supply line. I had read some plumbing "horror stories" while selecting them and worried that it would be hard to predict the cost before the leak was located.Their office was reassuring - they provided me flat rate prices for the repair, based on the type and location of the failure. Matthew of Legacy Plumbing arrived on time, dug around the source of water flow, and quickly located the broken "tee" section containing the leak. Having had rental units for 20 years, I could tell that he was an unusally skillful and knowledgeable plumber and was impressed by the speed and the quality of his procedures. Very easy to communicate with, he answered all of my technical questions - pleased that I took an interest in his work. Before we knew it he had fixed the leak, the water was back "on", and the total charge was $431, reduced by a $50 "Trip Refund" discount. A week later, we needed to have a new toilet installed and again called Legacy Plumbing. We were pleased when Matthew showed up and he was just as impressive as before. He quickly installed a new shutoff valve, new feed lines and the toilet, and carried away the old one for a total of $230 - reduced by a $25 "Trip Refund" discount. We are very satisfied with the work that Matthew of Legacy Plumbing has performed for us and will call them again if any plumbing problems occur on our property in the future.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal Deal that I purchased. Everything was fine. He did a good job and did what I asked him to do. Their prices are average. I would use them again if they had a good deal.

Installed toilet beautifully and it works perfectly.

I was able to use first time customer coupon of 10% off so total was $913. I called on Friday afternoon and they were at my house on the next business day. They gave a 2 hour window and made it right on time with a courtesy call when they were on their way. This price was a few hundred dollars cheaper than a roto-rooter estimate I receieved a few months ago. (~$300-400 cheaper). My main drain had clogged up multiple times in the past few years. They came out and video examined my clear out to the city sewer as well as the pipes under the house. They found pipe separation just beyond the clear out joint from a bad repair job from the previous owner. They replaced the piple and all of the clearout piping as well. While the had the ground dug up they recommended additional repairs at a reduced cost because they hole was already open on a main shut off. They did a great job and relatively quickly. They had to dig up a bush to access what they needed, however they took the time re-plant it and give me instructions on how to keep it alive. Also, I have christmas lights everywhere, and whatever they had to move they put it back in place when they were done. Even on the bush they removed. The guys that came out were very friendly and professional.

Don't call these guys if you live north of McKinney......they can't be bothered to tell you but they don't go this far north....

The best thing about Legacy Plumbing is that they researched the problem until they knew for sure what was wrong. They gave me an estimate for the best and worst case scenario. They were honest and very professional. I highly recommend them!!!
