Lee was just fantastic, which I guess I shouldn't be surprised about based on all of the excellent reviews Legacy Plumbing already enjoys. I was really appreciative though that he was very thorough in explaining everything about what he planned to do and how he was going to do it, and gave us helpful tips about the condition of our plumbing and some ideas about how we could avoid plumbing problems as related to our washer/dryer (e.g., buy braided stainless steel hoses for the water connections next time we were at the hardware store, instead of relying on the rubber/plastic ones, if we wanted to extend the life of these connections; also some notes about our water heater and how to keep it in good condition). He was seriously one of the best contractors we've ever had in our house. He worked carefully and conscientiously, making sure to alert me before he started welding in case it might set off our smoke alarm etc. He cleaned up and wore little booties to cover his shoes when he walked in & out of the house. He explained various additional services that Legacy Plumbing offered and gave me various choices for how he was going to fix our water line behind our fridge as well as how best to dispose of the old kitchen faucet etc. I felt very respected and appropriately consulted in the entire process of his work, which was nice because it was just a professional, courteous way of providing customer service. John's Appliance Repair, which we also had a great experience with, was the company that recommended Legacy Plumbing. We really, really appreciated Lee's customer service commitment, attention to detail, and communication. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone, and on top of that the price seemed to be great for the quality of work provided - so they're also a good value. No complaints whatsoever about the experience and have been recommending Legacy Plumbing to everyone now, though this may mean it will be harder to schedule them the next time we call! Thank you again so much to Legacy Plumbing for being invested in building a relationship with us rather than making a quick buck. There are a couple of things that stand out to me about Legacy Plumbing....they send the same technician for all your calls; they give you a two hour window instead of a half day; and they give you very accurate pricing estimates when you call to schedule the work! Having Doug as my technician gives me a sense of true customer relationship not just a 'next!' mentality. He remembers me, my house, my animals, the work he's done, etc. He is friendly, very communicative, and always leave things tidier/cleaner than when he got here. I thought I had a great plumber....until I found Legacy Plumbing!

Legacy Plumbing did a superb job by rerouting my water line, account of a busted pipe. They did everything they said they were going to do. Best plumbing company I have used and I will highly recommend it and also their price was very reasonable. Matt performed the job and is a very knowledgeable plumber, he located the line and went immediately to work and fixed it. He was very professional and everything look good and was put in place when he left.

Daniel and his assistant were both extremely professional. Both men wore shoe coverings over their shoes in the house. Daniel explained in detail everything he was doing. It anything was found, the camera could be recorded to show insurance company the evidence. Nothing was found. I was given a way to reach Daniel quickly if the system caused problems again This action was taken because another company had told me that the black substance that came up when a line was being cleared was dirt and likely meant it was a break in the line, thus leaking under the foundation. This would be a very expensive and disruptive repair. That company was going to find one with a camera. Rather than wait, especially after finding the first company had over charged, I elected to find a company myself....and did so through Angie's list.

They were professional and the price was right. They did a good job and everything is working. I would recommend them to anyone.

Leak was very deep and difficult to find. They did a great job and came in and found the problem and offered alternatives to correct it. I'm very satisfied

I was expecting evasive work to be done and significant cash coming out of my pocket. This turned out to not be the case.... The team was creative and willing to do what it took to avoid extensive, costly repairs. Calling Legacy Plumbing was the best decision I could've made. Highly recommend.

The wall between our master bedroom and bathroom has had a moldy smell for about a month, so we knew we had a leak but could not see any visible water damage. The smell is also confined to a very specific area. I called Legacy Plumbing because of the stellar reviews on Angie's List, and they were able to get me an appointment on the same day. Sam called and showed up within the window. He was very professional and friendly. He checked out all the possibilities - went up in the attic, checked the outside wall, checked the water meter. Finally we decided to cut a hole in the wall to solve the mystery. And the culprit was our shower. Even though Sam spent nearly two hours, had to cut through a wall, and clean up some moldy insulation, he charged the standard $135 assessment fee. Obviously, he wasn't able to fix the issue (we need to get a new shower), but the important thing is we now know WHAT the issue is.

I called on 3-25-14 and asked for Matt. He arrived the next day, on time. I ask for Matt because he is always friendly and very professional. He performed the above mentioned work in a timely manner.

The process went very smoothly, from setting the appointment one day to getting the new faucet put in the next. Lee arrived on time, told me what he would be doing, confirmed the pricing, and got right to work. Without being asked, he added insulation to the rise leading to the faucet (replacing insulation on a front faucet as well). He also made a minor flush adjustment to a toilet without charge. This ishow repairs should go, but too often don't!

very organized . did a good job despite the fact my attic had lights out.

We have had several jobs done by Legacy at our Frisco duplex. The work has always been good and they have been prompt. They are pretty pricey and I think we will probably check out some others next time, but maybe you get what you pay for, huh? Only complaint...price. Can't seem tof ind a plumber who will itemize the estimate or invoice showing material and labor... I just had a worse estimate to replace the same faucet on the other side (duplex) from Metro Flow Plumbing...made Legacy look pretty good.

They are very knowledgeable, the price is right and they are very prompt. The work done is excellent. I have used them in past and they are very friendly.

Lee was awesome! He was on time, very professional and had a great personality. My 2 year old son was here with me when Lee arrived and he was very understanding of having my little man tagging along everywhere Lee and I went in the house. Lee even showed him a couple of pictures of his pet turtle and dog (which my son loved!). Also, Lee got the work done super quick and everything works perfectly now. It's hard to find quality and customer service anywhere these days, but Legacy Plumbing and Lee definitely have it. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs!

Called Legacy and spoke to Amber who was very thorough on the process and pricing of the job. Sam showed up within the 2 hour window and after inspection of the faucets, he explained the process in which he was about to begin. He had to remove brick to access the pipe and finish out and clean up was immaculate.

They were straightforward and professional, and it was easy getting in touch with them. Unfortunately, they didn't do the kind of work that I needed to have done, but they referred me to someone else.

Everything turned out well. It was easy to get in touch and to schedule, they arrived on time, and they completed the work quickly. The plumber was actually quite helpful and even fixed a couple of cosmetic issues with the faucet which I appreciated.

First of all, the girls on the phone were amazing. Special shout out to Amber for brightening and otherwise not so great day. They were the fastest company to make it to the house (I called about 5 companies) and the good ratings were well deserved. My technician was Lee and he was phenomenal. He did a fantastic job and was extremely personable. He explained everything he was doing and answered all my questions. He was very helpful and taught me a lot during his time at my house. This was without a doubt the best experience I have had during any service transaction ever. There rates are standard and and are not based on how long it takes, which I appreciate. I cannot recommend Legacy Plumbing any higher. They are my go to plumbing service from now on. They earned themselves a lifelong customer and you should give them a chance to do the same for you. Speak with Amber and ask for Lee! They rock! Pricing was also great, which is what it does come down to at the end of the day.

It went very well. Daniel Zukowski was available sooner than scheduled we we agreed that he come sooner. The finish work he completed looked great. Daniel showed great pride in workmanship and he was responsive to other plumbing questions I had. I would recommend him.

I purchased the Deal to have them come out replace a sink. I spoke with them over the phone and the quote they gave me was over twice what a competitor could offer. There?s no way I would ever use them again.

Prompt and professional. Job was fixed quickly and other minor issue fixed to allow faucet spray head more mobility. Technician was uniformed, articulate and fast in fixing the problem. Would definitely use again.

Arrived quickly after the initial call. Found the problem within 2 minutes so waived the 30 min $135 diagnostic fee. Repair was completed after an hour. Estimate was reasonable and accurate. Very pleased.

I often use Legacy Plumbing with my rent homes as it is super easy to work with them. The have openings without too much delay and have always showed up on time. They also are good about telling me what has to be done now and what can wait if needed. I never feel like they are trying to over-sell me.
