Legacy repair specialist Lee Robinson phoned he would be arriving early. He promptly fixed the faucets, explained the probably cause behind the leaks, and warned us to look for similar problems. He was friendly and efficient.

Doug quickly found the problem and showed it to us and told us what was necessary to fix it. Made the repair and left the site clean and also made some suggestions on how to repair some wood flooring planks that had gotten wet due to the leak. Very professional and personable.

My service window was from 8am to around 10am, Doug called at 8 and arrived at my house at 8:30am. He assessed my problem and provided me w/ options of service in terms of available garbage disposal units. After choosing one of the options, Doug was able to finish all the work and I was out to work by 9:30am. Very efficient and professional - would definitely use Legacy Plumbing again. Thanks!

Initially when the job happened, they were very responsive. They came out the next day when we called them or they got someone out that day. Everything was fine, it's been 3 or 4 hours after that we noticed a leak coming from our ceiling because that's where our hot water heater is. I went up and inspected, in this leaking we had a brand new tiding so I was killing the hot water heater and I was closing the seal and called them back and we couldn't get them until the next morning and they called us back first thing that next morning. They came back out, sit down, fixed the problem ans then they sent someone out to inspect the damage to our ceiling, cleaned everything up and painted it. The only downside to them was it was a routine job in the place where it happened, was something that shouldn't have happened but the fact that they immediately came out around 5 or 8 o'clock in the morning, fixed the problem and they care about satisfaction so I was impressed that they stood by the job and secured everything but it shouldn't have happened in the first place. I would probably use them again because they stood behind their work and they came out and fixed everything. Their price is better than most places.

I contacted Legacy Plumbing and requested ?Wayne?, who had done excellent shifting-foundation related plumbing testing and repairs on my house, two years earlier (in 2012). A hot water reliability issue was deferred until I was prepared to do remodeling work on the house. This week, the two plumbers assigned, Wayne and his assistant Cannon, arrived and were efficient, effective and professional in collaboratively isolating the problem, replacing shut-off valves for the hot water heaters, tracing the under-slab errant recirculating hot water line to the ideal just above ground T-junction, identifying the perfect location in the back of a floor level kitchen cabinet to cut a hole for access to the required pipes, welding the related pipe connections closed and then retesting hot water access at all locations. They were very skilled and knowledgeable detectives in resolving the problem. The job was completed much faster than I expected, with minimal disruption and wall access cutting. They had the right diagnostic equipment and put it to excellent use. Wayne is very impressive at diagnosing and solving complex plumbing problems. I highly recommend these plumbers and their employer (Legacy Plumbing).

Legacy Plumbing was very professional, friendly and attentive to details. I was very pleased in their service.

My Moen kitchen sink faucet was leaking at the base. The service technician checked out the faucet and determined that the cartridge was leaking. He tightened the cartridge which has stopped the leak for now. I have ordered a new cartridge from Moen to replace the leaking cartridge. When it begins leaking again, I will call Legacy Plumbing back to replace the cartridge. Since I will be calling him back, he only charged me for the service call. The service technician was very friendly and helpful. I was very pleased with the experience.

After contacting another plumber last Saturday May 10th 2014, as Legacy do not work at weekends unfortunately, we were shocked and astounded at the cost of a new gas water heater which was quoted by another company On calling Legacy last Monday May 12th 2014 we were very pleased to hear that the cost was $1,000 cheaper then the other plumbing company quoted. Daniel and Sam came out promptly on Friday May 16th and completed the installation within 4 hours. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the work and the quality of Legacy Plumbing. I would recommend them 100%.

Quick , hassell free on time and very professional

First of all, i rarely write reviews, but i am so excited to say, i've finally found a plumber i want to let back in my house! We have had a multitude of issues with leaking pipes in our current home. We've tried several of the big companies in the past, and some small guys too. The big guys got the job done, but were very pricey and the small guys didn't necessarily fix everything. So, when we noticed a leak from our son's bathroom upstairs i started researching plumbers - again. What i got with Legacy Plumbing was quite refreshing. They came out the next day - could have come the day i called, but i wasn't able to get off work to do that. They found the problem, doing only minimal damage to my ceiling in order to get to the leak. When i requested they go thru a closet instead of a bedroom wall to access the pipe, they accommodated my request. On top of all that, the price they charged me i felt was quite reasonable. They even waived the locating fee!! Truly an amazing experience. I would definitely recommend! Call them!!

The rep from Legacy Plumbing arrived on time was very professional. The procedure was explained fully. Task was completed quickly and cleanly. Results were given quickly. Advice was given regarding replacing our water heater but not a huge sales push which we appreciated. We will keep their number handy for future need.

It went well. The plumber was professional and gave us some good tips on various things, and gave us suggestions on what we could do. He got the job done in about 1-2 hours. The scheduling was good.

We bought our house in Plano that was built in 1978 in 2002. The previous owners had installed a pool and outside half bath in 1999. We continuously had plumbing issues with our outside half bath and adjoining master baths plumbing. A nightmare that no plumber we called could figure out until we found Mat Lawrence at Legacy Plumbing. He ran a camera through the pipes and discovered that the original work was shoddy and the pipes are twisted causing the periodical backup issues. First guy to go the extra mile to figure it out! He came out this week for the second time, 18 months later (?) to flush everything out and to change our outside water splitter. Great guy, thank you!

I had a clogged toilet, Matt was out within an hour and had it finished in under 30 minutes. He was friendly and polite. I would definitely recommend this service. Thank you so much Legacy plumbing.

Wayne was a pleasure to work with. He explained each step and answered all my questions. Everyone at Legacy Plumbing was professional and pleasant. They arrived when they said they would and did exactly what they said they would do. Will most certainly use them in the future.

We scheduled the appointment on Monday morning and received an explanation of the charges and hourly rates. Doug showed up as scheduled and began looking for our valve boxes. Previous to having Legacy Plumbing visit our place, several service providers had been unsuccessful in finding the valve boxes and shut-off valves. Doug had a very good idea of where the leak was coming from and decided to begin digging to get to the leak. He dug through slurry and eventually found the leaking connection and the valve box. It was under a shrub in a flowerbed. The system did not have a shut-off valve so he installed one and repaired the leaking connection which was from the main water service line to the sprinkler system. Doug apologized for how the yard looked after the repair was done. He left it in a pretty decent condition and looked much better than we expected. We believe that the cost for the repair was very fair. Doug and his crew were very professional and polite. We will definitively call Legacy Plumbing in the future.

Wow. Legacy was the 3rd plumbing company that came to do this job, but the only ones who got it done, and right. We called Legacy LATE yesterday afternoon, after dealing with two other plumbing companies. Legacy worked us in the schedule fast (we called in after 4 pm, they were here at 8:00 am). The customer service rep was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Lee, the plumber, showed up bright and early this morning as planned - professional and definitely knows plumbing. He was able to clear the blockage even though our only ground-level clean-out point was small. I called Legacy because they were the top-ranked plumbing company in our area. Now I know that is for good reason. Straight talking, hard-working, get-the-job done, without upselling. Charged what they quoted.

Matt from Legacy Plumbing was superb. He arrived on-time and fixed the leak very quickly. This is the third time that Matt provided plumbing services on various parts of our home. He has consistently been exceptional to deal with. I can't imagine using a different service for my future plumbing needs.

It was great. I had couple of other contractors came in and gave a quote as well and Legacy Plumbings quote is not just the lowest and but they were upfront about the charges as well. Scheduling worked great. One person came in and completed the work in about 3 hours. Pretty efficient and even showed that the water is not leaking any more. They even waived the $50 service fee in lieu of donation to food drive. Great company to do business with.

It was $25 for $100 worth of plumbing services. I have used them before. They are really good. They come when they say they will, they get the job done and they charge you a fair price.

It was really good. They gave us one-year warranty. We first used them two and a half years ago. Their price is right. They are neat and they know what they are doing. There were no problems scheduling, we called them and they came out pretty fast.

It worked out fine. They got the job done in a couple of hours. The plumber was very good. We had no issues with scheduling.

Not well. I was quoted $155 more for a simpler/comparable job I had them perform over a year ago... that's some price increase! (sarcasm).

Plumber revamped the insides of the toilet, but it did not fix the flushing problem.
