Legacy Plumbing

Doug and Canon did an excellent job of diagnosing a problem that has been recurring for years. With the in line camera showing the obvious situation, we now know how to deal with it. They also had to tear out bricks to replace the outside faucet. Did an excellent replacing the bricks. The bill for the work was reasonable and they were very considerate throughout. Would highly recommend them.

Legacy Plumbing was very quick to respond to my Angie's List message. Unfortunately, the scope of this project was beyond what Legacy had time for, so we used another provider. We needed plumbing lines moved, shower drain moved, bathtub plumbing relocated, a few pipes capped. So, we did not use them, but greatly appreciated their fast response to the inquiry.

The crew was very professional. They arrived on time and went to work straight. Gave us some valuable information on maintenance. Also cleaned up the faucets. The problem is related to show floor tile and liner so it is not possible for them to fix. But they found the problem for us and that is fantastic. I will definitely use their services from now on.

I called Legacy Plumbing late yesterday afternoon in a desperate situation. I was trying to fix a shower myself and had the water turned off to my entire house. I couldn't remove the shower pressure balancing unit (PBU) and one of the pieces of the mixer cap unit broke off so I couldn't just put it back together and wait for a plumber to come out. I talked to Amber and she said that she'd have a technician call me as soon as possible. Not more than 5 minutes went by and Wayne called. He gave me a couple of ideas on how to get the PBU out and said that if neither of those ideas worked, he'd squeeze me into his schedule the very next morning. With the bigger muscles of my husband and a quick trip to Home Depot, we were able to get the part removed, replaced, and all put back together just in time for my kids to ask to flush the toilet ;-). Thank you Wayne and Legacy Plumbing for all your help. I will definitely be calling you the next time I need a plumber!

Went great, great job and cleanup, nice people, did some things for us not included in price but required, I will use them for all my plumbing needs. Was second time I used them, they were great.

These guys are great. They show up on time and are very professional. They had to remove bricks in order to isolate the leaks. They are the first and only plumbing company I have used outdoors that replaced brick. Not only did they replace them they did a great job of it. We have recommended this company to a number of our real estate clients and we constantly get great feedback.

They're always honest about replacing things so I didn't have to spend extra money.

Called to get a price. just needed a maintenance flush for water heater.. Not kidding $200. Unbelievable. This is something that my husband did and it takes a total of 30 minutes. He is unable to do so now. Not sure how companies can justify such outrageous pricing for less than an hr of work.

My sewer system includes a line from the kitchen/laundry side of the house that runs under the living room and connects with a line that runs from the master bath at the back of the house. The line from the back of the house runs under the master bedroom, a middle bedroom, a bathroom, and a front bedroom. There were leaks under the living room, where multiple lines connect under the hall bathroom, under the middle bedroom, and under the master bathroom. Legacy Plumbing repaired the leaks in two ways. They dug a slightly off-center cross-shaped tunnel beginning in front of the house to under the middle bedroom with side tunnels under the master bathroom and under the living room. They used this tunnel to repair all the leaks except the one under the master bathroom. They dug a hole in the floor using a jackhammer to repair the master bathroom leak. Legacy Plumbing replaced the corroded iron pipe with PVC pipe. In addition to repairing the leaks, Legacy Plumbing also replaced the clean-out in front of the house with a newer designed clean-out. The entire process took approximately 2 weeks from when the excavators began digging the tunnel until the tunnel was filled. The person with whom I interfaced at Legacy Plumbing for scheduling was Kris. She was polite, courteous, and very professional whenever I spoke with her. The primary plumber that came to my house was Wayne. He was very courteous and professional. He explained what he was doing and answered all the questions that I had. The various assistants that accompanied Wayne were also pleasant. The excavators that dug the tunnels and then filled in the tunnels were also quite courteous. As work was being done, and after completing all work, Wayne and/or other workers cleaned up any mess that they'd made. The actual cost of the work was dead on the estimate that I had received before any work began. After beginning the work, Wayne found some additional work that needed to be done and included that work for no additional charge. Considering that having to have a sewer system repaired is an unpleasant and expensive undertaking to begin with, Legacy Plumbing (Kris, Wayne, Wayne's assistants, and the excavators) probably make the experience as pleasant as was possible. I would definitely recommend Legacy Plumbing to anyone and will use them in the future for any additional plumbing work that I need to have done.

Lee, with Legacy Plumbing had to take out two or three bricks around the outdoor faucet in order to get the pipe out. He replaced all of the brick, grouting, pipe and faucet in a short time. The work looks good and I don't think you can tell bricks were removed and replaced. After mounting the bathroom vanity faucet set, Lee found that the item I purchased did not have all of the parts to hook up the water line. After two trips to Home Depot to get what was needed, we still didn't have the necessary parts. Lee had me call Delta to request the parts and said he would come back to finish the work. Four days later, I had the parts he needed and I have to say he went out of his way to complete the job before leaving for a vacation that I'm sure he well-deserves. I am impressed with the quality of work, Lee's and his assistant's professionalism and the fact that he was on his way home to begin his vacation, yet came to my home to finish this job, is above and beyond my expectations. I would call this company again and request Lee for any future plumbing issues.

We have called on Legacy Plumbing several times after reading good reviews on Angie's List. Legacy's plumbers always call ahead and are on time, very professional and focused on their work. We will continue to use them for our plumbing needs and have recommended them to friends. In this case, we had a toilet that began to leak several months after a floor installation. Plumber Daniel and his assistant went the extra mile to find a solution, and we are very grateful for Daniel's expertise.

It was pretty good. I had them sweat a pipe, and it took maybe 45 mins to do. They sent 1 plumber out.

They treated me fairly. They're responsive and did good quality work. The job was great.

Excellent service. The technician, Doug, spent about 2 hours going over all the plumbing in our home. It was very thorough and comprehensive. At the end of the inspection Doug discussed any and all issues he uncovered. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable and answered all our questions and went over not only any plumbing issues but pricing as well with absolutely no sales pressure. It was an outstanding experience and time well spent. Legacy Plumbing is my go to plumbing company for sure. A1 service!

They were friendly. Everything was left very neat and clean.

I think it all went well but will take some time to really know. Workers were very nice, however, and seemed to really have expertise in what they were doing. Called me about 30 mins before they were going to arrive. They were very clean in the house and cleaned up well after completion.

Some mortar had to be taken out around the faucet and it was replaced without charge. We highly recommend using Legacy Plumbing.

The plumbers who have provided service to my home, Doug and Matt, are awesome! These are two of the nicest guys you could have in your home. They go the extra mile, and I've been so pleased with the work they have done (including previous jobs). I wouldn't call any other plumber to work in my home. Excellent customer service! We are new to the area and called Legacy from an internet search. We were very impressed from the phone call to schedule all the way to the completed work. They arrived on time, were efficient, everything was tidy when they left. We would definitely recommend Legacy Plumbing!

It went well. Everyone was on time or able to do sooner than orginally planned. After telling Wayne learned that we had only been in the house for a couple of months, he checked out water heaters for us and gave us the 411 on having water heaters in the attic and what to look for, life span, etc. **I don't know if that was the exact dollar amount, but it was in that neighborhood **

Excellent service and high quality materials. Removed old water heater and installed new gas water heater. Also brought lines and setup to city code. Team was prompt, well dressed, very professional and left job site spotless. Highly Recommend.

Overall my experience was good & I would use them again. They are extremely professional and easy to work with. They showed up on time and walked me through the job. Everything went smoothly the day of the install. There was one small problem. When the city inspector came, he found a small natural gas leak. Legacy quickly responded that day to repair it.
