Great. They were on time. Kept us up to date on progress and technical explanations of the problem. They left the house clean and neat when they finished ! Appreciate their work and their people !

They really helped me out. They did great. They told me how to get the part free from the vendor.

Sam DeAngelis was our plumber and did a great job in our 40-year-old house. We had three projects: two toilets and an outside faucet. He basically took apart two toilets and put them back together. He also cut out a brick in an outside wall and weatherized the faucet to protect it from low temperatures; his masonry skills made the job look perfect. Very pleasant experience, amiable and professional. He took my credit card payment in the kitchen and we were all done. Good job!

We have used them several times. Do a great job. Will come back out for a year if problems with labor. Little pricey. Would use again.

Daniel did an excellent job identifying and ordering a part for a shower valve of unknown origin. The right part came in and it was installed with no problems. This was a difficult problem since we still don't know the manufacturer. He worked his magic well. I have used Legacy Plumbing for 3 years and they are always my first call for any plumbing issue and my only call for the very difficult problems.

Extremely satisfied with every aspect of service! Superb work, excellent communication, very reasonable price, and INTEGRITY in identifying the most cost effective way to treat our problem. We will absolutely use them again for all levels of plumbing repair or service! We experienced water coming through the kitchen ceiling during Thanksgiving weekend (3 cups per hour). We were able to identify the general source of the problem and closed the valve on hot water heater to stop the immediate leak. Called Legacy Plumbing Monday morning based on recommendations from Angie's List. Excellent communication throughout process from all parties we dealt with.The scheduler was very knowledgeable and passed on preliminary pricing information without being asked. I really appreciated her being upfront with how leak detection costs were calculated. Also, plumber called one hour before our scheduled time to let us know he was on his way and would be 30 minutes early if that fit with our schedule. Could not ask for better attitude or communication from a service company! Appointment coordinator was friendly and knowledgeable. She scheduled us in a timely manner and relayed ALL of the information we gave her to the plumber, Sam. Even though the information was a little confusing before he saw the situation, Sam knowing everything we knew coming in, helped save time in identifying the exact source of the leak. I am sure that this saved us money, since leak detection is charged in 15 minute intervals. Sam did an excellent job of accessing the problem. He asked questions and listened to our responses, even as he was checking out the situation. By keeping us engaged, our understanding of options developed as he was investigating, so deciding on the ultimate solution was very straight forward. Since I knew we were being charged by the 15 minute interval, I wanted Sam to cut and find that leak! Crazy! He took the time to judiciously choose where to make that first (and only) hole in the sheet rock. Ultimately saved us unnecessary sheet rock repairs. Integrity is tricky to find with a service company. Even with an honest company you sometimes "feel" that it cost just a little too much. Sam could have easily poked around longer trying to find the "exact" leak in that pipe and after an hour of "looking" (and multiple holes in sheet rock later) deciding to replace the pipe. Fortunately, he is honest and immediately told us the cheaper and better long term solution was to just replace the pipe. We so appreciate his honesty! Also, as i mentioned before, since he was talking with us through the process about what he was doing, we were able to see that replacement was the way to go. I feel that the quality of work was excellent! The price was very fair and reasonable. We DID NOT have that "ouch- that really hurt but we had not choice" feeling after this transaction. I would highly recommend Legacy plumbing! We are so happy to finally have a quality, honest plumbing company to call :D

Matt Lawrence (Legacy Plumber) did an excellent job installing the new faucet. He was very professional and cleaned up all the mess when he finished. Unfortunately, the Moen touch sensor for the faucet was faulty out of the box. Matt did step-by-step trouble-shooting before he called Moen for technical support. Tech Support went through all their trouble-shooting stepsagain with Matt and they determined the touch sensor was faulty. Moen is going to ship new parts for the sensor and we will need to call Legacy back to replace faulty sensor. Would I recommend Legacy Plumbing for friends and family: Yes, absolutely! Would I recommend Moen Touch Sensor Faucet ($400) for friends and family: No, probably not. I wish I had purchased the Moen faucet without the sensor.

As always, it was a very professional and courteous visit. They gave me the option of arriving early on the appointment date which I gladly accepted. Two of the items fixed were prearranged, the third was discussed after Lee arrived and was worked in without affecting his next appointment. Legacy plumbing is the only plumbers I trust. This was their 5th visit to my home (all for different issues) and they are the only people I will call for my plumbing needs. They always put shoe covers on to prevent tracking dirt into my home and clean up all their work. Once the work was completed, Lee did not leave until he triple checked for any leaks.

He did a great job. I have had a plumber out previously who said he could not fix the shower head, but the Legacy repairman knew immediately what was wrong and fixed it immediately. He was this way with everything he fixed! There were a couple of minor issues with the repairs, but he came back out immediately to fix those.

The gentleman who helped me was very helpful and I enjoyed working with him.

They are excellent and professional people. They know what to do and anytime we have any emergency we call them. We have been customers with them for about 3 years now. They clean-up everything and they are really great and wonderful people to work with. We wouldn’t consider using another plumbing company.

We had a plumbing company come out after foundation repair to check our plumbing. They told us that we had a leak in our sewer system. There was not a lot of detail provided. They suggested that the next step would be expensive isolation testing with unpredictable costs. Before looking to do anything substantial we decided to get a second opinion. After some research on Google, Angie's List and personal references we narrowed down our selection to Legacy Plumbing. Wayne who is one of their most experienced plumbers came out to do the service. A trainee accompanied him. They spent considerable amount of time at our place and their test was very comprehensive. First they tested whether a potential leak is below foundation level. That test concluded that it was not. Then they had to add a piece of pipe to the cleanout to be able to tell whether the leak might be in the upper part of the foundation. That test showed that there was a leak. Wayne was able to quickly isolate it to the drainage under our master tub. Thanks to Wayne's professionalism and attention to detail we were able to conclude that there is no need for any expensive plumbing work that requires digging under foundation or drilling the foundation. Already planned bathroom remodel will remediate the issue. I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

Matt was great. Called ahead of arrival, checked out several runny toilets to make sure they were nothing but a flapper replacement (which I could do myself), and removed and remounted my guest bathroom toilet.

Fantastic service! I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for any plumbing related service. I found them on Angie's list. My water heater tank cracked and water was everywhere - on a Friday afternoon, and I needed a replacement ASAP. This was my first service call to this company and you never really know what your going to get, but from my initial contact with Kris on the phone to the final cleanup efforts of the team that performed the install, I was more than satisfied, I was quickly put a ease due to their professionalism, and sincere desire to do a great job and satisfy my needs. They were very accommodating of scheduling me even though they already had a full day - they came out that same night to install a water heater they had to drive around the metroplex to find and pickup themselves, as they didn't have what I requested in stock. When they came to do the work it was not rushed and I felt like they treated me as if I was their first client of the day. The last thing that I was really impressed with was the workmanship. I'm also very happy with the way they not only cleaned up after the job, but kept the entire work area clean while they were working. They took the time to explain everything they were doing and shared their experiences and wisdom freely during the job.. Definitely 5 stars on quality workmanship and friendliness. They took all the time to answer my questions even though it was way past working time. Thanks guys for great work. I don't want any plumbing problems, but if I do you're my first call.

Called in advance day before to confirm, called the day of with a 30 minute heads up, showed up on time, worked quickly and very professionally. Friendly and described the issue and cost up front. Terrific experience with Legacy as usual. They deliver above expectations.

Technician explained all of the possibilities before removing the faucets to determine the actual repairs needed. Thankfully, the solution needed was the least expensive of all that could have been, but I appreciated knowing up front what the cost might be under different scenarios. Super professional and courteous. Will definitely use again.

They answered a lot of questions over the phone, but offered to come out and look at the problem. He was very knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done. They gave me on estimate on how to fix the problem but ultimately we decided to wait. They called me ahead of time to let me know when they would be coming as well.

The service was a dream! The provider arrived on time, neat and tidy (considering the work they do, I found his appearance impressively clean)! He was polite, took the time to explain the process he was using, my options to clear the line or fix it, approximate costs of each option. Very pragmatic and practical approach. I contacted Legacy Plumbing based on the outstanding ratings. They came out the same day and addressed the gas line need. The service man was very helpful in counseling me on how and where to cap the line for future use. I also briefly discussed updating the electric range in the kitchen to gas and he walked me through the process and gave me a sense for what it would require. Really good customer service and extremely punctual.
