Absolutely great from 1st contact to the end of the job. My husband called at midday on Friday to ask for a quote. The young lady who answered was very detailed and clear on all the costs involved. My husband appreciated that and was impressed. We hired them and are very happy we did. Daniel and Logan were very polite and friendly. They came when promised and were very professional. Daniel was very thorough and took the time to explain step by step what they were doing, and he made sure to inspect the job when done. He even offered to walk us through any problems over the weekend if we had any issues. Logan took care to make sure everything was perfect when he was done with the installation - clean- up and disposing of old heater. He even wiped off his finger prints on the heater😊. That was definitely a job well done. We will certainly be using them again in the future.

Perfect! When I called for an appointment, Meagan quoted me an estimate range that was accurate. When Kelly, the plumber, showed up, he was on time, professional and courteous. He had the necessary parts on his truck -- he told me they keep their plumbing trucks stocked so there is no need for them to ever "go shopping" and need to return to a customer. He fixed and tested my drippy faucet. Meagan had already communicated to him that I would be using 10% off from Angie's List. Great job!

I had a great experience with this first-time visit by Legacy. The plumber (Sean) was on time, personable, and good at what he did. He cleaned up after freeing the clog and installing a new kitchen faucet. ...in fact, the work areas were cleaner after the work then before the work. The scheduling phone call went well. Expectations were established and met, and the final price charged was within the estimated range.

It went very well. We had Sam come out and he did a tremendous job. He told us exactly where we might expect to see problems and how to make what we have last as long as it can. He never once pressured us to have any more work done, only telling us what we could do to keep good care of our pipes. What has always been most impressive to me is how much information I get from these guys when they come out. Sam wrote us a book of a report with the optical reaults (which must have been difficult on his little ipad). Needless to say I'll be keeping it around a for a while. These guys bend over backwards and have my thanks. We've had great expreices with legacy plumbing in the past and plan on using them in the future.

Wayne from Legacy Plumbing had a special Moen tool he used to extract the faucet cartridge and replace it. Even with this special puller the cartridge was stuck so tight that it was really difficult to pull it out. When they had finished not only did it work perfectly but they had cleaned and polished the brass trim and the clear handles to look new. I have used Legacy Plumbing for years and I've never had a problem. I always ask for Wayne because he's never disappointed us.

Kelly did an awesome job and explained everything as he went through the process. I now have a better understanding of how plumbing fits together. I will have Legacy come out and check the 2nd upstairs toilet to make sure everything is OK.

Legacy Plumbing was easy to work with from the very beginning. The technician showed on time and did the work quickly and efficiently. The whole process was explained to us and the job was reviewed at completion. Our questions were answered and the technician spent time with us to make sure that we understood what was done in our house.

Sam DeAngelis, who's been out to do plumbing work before, did a great job. He's always on time, explains what he's doing, never tries to sell something that's not needed and does excellent work. And Legacy Plumbing's prices are some of the most reasonable that I've found in the area. Sam also told me about a problem with water pressure in my area that I was not aware of, but for which the city will give a sizable rebate if a valve is installed. I've been looking for some time for a plumber I can trust and am pleased that I've finally found one.

As this home is 16 years old, there was no code requirement for a pressure relief valve nor expansion tank when it was built. It met all the codes at that time and passed all inspections. However, in the intervening time the code has changed as there have been challenges with the high water pressure provided by the city. We decided that if we weren't selling the house we would have this feature added, so it only seemed right to do it even though we are selling. We've used Legacy several times over the years and the are ALWAYS on-time, fast, efficient, courteous and fairly priced. On this occasion, Sean and his helper showed up right on time and got right to work. The PRV and the tank had to be installed in the garden. As they started, a huge rainstorm began. Unfazed, they set up a work umbrella and just soldiered on. They then came in the house and did all the other work. Miraculously, there wasn't even one damp foot print in the house! They finished fast and I wrote a check for exactly what they had quoted me up front. We would never think about using anyone else!

Daniel and Logan were on time for the scheduled work and laid out point by point what they would be doing. They gave me an estimateof 2 hours but finished well under that. As they were finishing, they were nice enough to answers questions about the possible causes for the break and gave a detailed explanation of their chosen solution. Overall fantastic experience and will always choose Legacy Plumbing when available.

The upstairs drain almost became a problem when the metal cross bars began breaking when trying to remove it. Kelly applied heat and then more pressure, but it was still stuck pretty good and he though he might have to cut a hole from the other side of the wall in order to get to the drain under the tub. He kept working on it and finally broke it free and was able to change it out without cutting any holes, and we really appreciate that! The overall job went very well.

It was kind of an emergency. They were very fair on pricing. They were very responsive.

Called before came and was on time. Did work, cleaned up after himself and explained everything to me.

Jose was great. Called before he arrived, I was not sitting around waiting all day long. I had my two hour window, and he called me 15 min before he arrived. Service was punctual, and professional.

he came on time and did an excellent job. He could have lied to me like other repairmen that looked at the issue and said I needed a new washer value which cost $435 but he didn't. I appreciated the honesty.

Wayne and Mike were the Plumbers that did the work for us. We could not be happier and we will use Legacy Plumbing every time in the future - their service, professionalism and customer service is unmatched! Firstly, Wayne took time to explain why certain things were needed and why others were not. He explained why he would fix it the way he did if it were his own house. If you are looking for a honest plumbing company and a honest plumber that is very knowledgeable and yet takes time to empathize with customers and thinks about what is best for them and does not just try to up sell, then look no further. Due to recent very large hail and multiple severe thunderstorms with high winds we had sustained considerable damage to our roof. So, when water started pouring through the kitchen ceiling we assumed it was related. Once a roof leak was ruled out, I began the unpleasant job of trying to locate a plumber. I reached out to Legacy because of the amazing reviews they had online. I spoke with a very nice and courteous person on the phone, explained my problem and asked if they could have someone come out. I was told they would be out the next day as a confirmed appointment, but they would put me on the cancellation list and if there was a cancellation between the time I called in and my scheduled appointment time the next day (less than 24 hours after my call, I might add). Steven was my technician. He called when he was 20 minutes out. He arrived on time and assessed the problem quickly. I had been told the worst case scenario - being that it was an upstairs bathroom was that they may have to cut into the kitchen ceiling to access the source of the leak. Thankfully, that was not necessary. Steven explained the situation and made the repair promptly. He explained every aspect of the invoice before he asked for payment. This was so much more pleasant than any experience I've ever had with a plumber. Hopefully, we won't need one too often, but when we do, I will definitely call Legacy Plumbing again.

I was very concerned when I found an area of wet plywood in the attic beneath a coupling in the drain line for one of the A/C units. Doug did a thorough inspection and test of the drain line and determined the water leak had to be from some other source. Because of calcium deposits on the exhaust flue above the A/C unit he suspected a leak in the boot around the flue may be the source. I appreciated his honesty in telling me they don't fix things that aren't broken. The next day during a heavy rain shower I confirmed that Doug's analysis was correct and I need a roofer not a plumber to fix the attic leak. It is always a pleasure to deal with the guys at Legacy Plumbing. I call Legacy plumbing because they are always prompt, thorough and honest.

Customer service at it's finest. This is the second time I had Legacy Plumbing work on my home plumbing and they did not disappoint. Daniel from Legacy Plumbing, along with his team (Matt, Michael, and Logan), did a spectacular job replacing a sewer line and repairing a leak to my home. As a representative of Legacy Plumbing, Daniel took care of my plumbing needs as if it was his own. His dedication to excellency and craftsmanship clearly shows in his work and the relationship developed with me as a customer. He was transparent, presented valuable options for repairs, and most importantly, even took ownership for any mishaps that occurred during the repair projects -- even those mishaps that were beyond Legacy Plumbing. From my experiences with Legacy Plumbing, this type of customer service is representative of the company's values and all their associates. If quality service is desired then Legacy Plumbing should be the next hire to meet your plumbing needs.

Wayne and Mike came by today to clean out a drain problem with my master shower drain. They arrived on time, came in assessed the problem and got to work right away. They explained the work that was to be done in terms that I understood and the projected price for the work. Since I have worked with them in the past (Wayne came by once and Daniel Z., has come by on other occasions) I went ahead and renewed my Legacy Gold yearly plan with them. I find that it is cost effective for me as I will be doing some future bathroom remodeling this year and the work they will do will be reflected in savings to me as a result of the Gold Plan. As always, Legacy does a very good job and I plan on using them as my plumbers in the future as well.

My pilot light had gone out and when I tried to relight it, it would continue to go out. Called Legacy Plumbing (after looking at reviews on this site and Google) during the afternoon of 4/13/16. They gave me an estimate over the phone for the potential replacement of the thermocoupler and had me scheduled for service first thing the next morning. Sean called me when he was 10 minutes away and headed to my house. Was very punctual and professional. He checked out the water heater and determined it was only a loose wire. Explained to me how this might happen as well. Sean was very personable and I would definitely recommend Legacy Plumbing!

He is very knowledgeable and was happy to answer any and all questions. He is a pleasure to work with and is thoroughly professional. They took the time to do the job right and did a great cleaned up job when they were finished.
