Kelly was prompt, professional, and (most importantly) very informative in a non-pushy very friendly manner. He not only talked with me about my options but he actually listened to what I had to say and helped me feel as though I was making the right decision for my situation. I really appreciate how he allowed me to ask as many questions as I needed and provided me answers without trying to "push product" down my throat. In fact at the conclusion of my service, I even asked him for some quotes because I so appreciated his professionalism that I will definitely want Legacy Plumbing to perform all of my future plumbing jobs.

I must say that Legacy Plumbing never disappoints. Whether the job is small or large, their services are top notch. I called Canon from Legacy plumbing to help me fix an emergency leak. As usual, he always goes out of his way to take care of his customer's even when his day is already booked. He did an awesome job!

They have always done a good job. It is only that the receptionist I talk to seems to over quote compared to what the actual costs eventually prove to be. maybe she does not get to understand what needs to be done. I have used them numerous times. They are awesome.

Great! Kelly installed a new Kohler toilet and it is quiet and more efficient. Builder quality toilets aren't worth much! Kelly checked out other toilets at no charge. Very impressed. I will definitely call Legacy again for my plumbing needs!

Mr. Cuellar came around to fix a leaking tub/shower. He called me about 15 minutes before his appt time to let me know he was coming which I appreciated very much. When he got to the door he covered his shoes so as to not bring the outside muck inside and quickly got to work. When he was finished he explained the problem and showed me what he found. I tested the diverter handle before he left and was so happy. It felt like a new unit completely because it had never moved so crisply and solidly. He even cleaned up afterwards which these days is hard to find. I found him to be very professional and friendly as well. It is nice seeing someone enjoying their job these days.

I just had probably the best experience hiring a plumber that I have ever had. I called Legacy Plumbing yesterday about the leak in the plumbing for my kitchen sink. They said they could send someone out in the next two hours. Sean arrived only 45 minutes later and was able to quickly diagnose the issue, and rebuild the p-trap and related connections. Sean is very knowledgeable and helped to answer all of my questions and even provided some great tips to prevent this issue from happening again. Also, the cost was actually better than I expected based on past experiences with plumbers. I will call Legacy from now on for all future plumbing matters.

Everything went perfectly, as I expected from previous experience with this company. The plumber called to say he was en route and arrived on schedule. The plumber told me approximately how long it would take for him to do all of the work and he was spot on. The plumber checked his work before leaving to make certain there were no issues. The plumber also checked a few other plumbing related things to make sure there were no issues. I've had Legacy Plumbing do other work in the past, including repairing a gas leak and based upon these experiences, I will always call them. They are reliable, friendly, honest and do great work.

I called Monday to make appointment and was given price estimate and choice of time for Tuesday. Kelly came and did the work, explained in detail the process, answered questions, went above and beyond in giving information and service. I have used Legacy before and will do so again. Kelly was very polite and professional, did a good job very cleanly and neatly, great cleanup job, and was very efficient. I appreciate his and the company's commitment to quality and service.

The service was incredible! Daniel and Taylor went above and beyond on every detail! Guaranteed I will only call Legacy Plumbing from now on. They take tremendous pride in their work and it shows in the details. On time, professional, knowledgeable, high quality work, clean job site... I could go on and on. Look no further, this is who you want.

The repair specialist did an excellent job. He was on time, knew his business and left everything neat and clean, I would use Legacy Plumbing again.

Daniel removed the stuck cartridge, showed me how he did it, and promptly replaced it with new cartridge. When I installed the trim kit the following day, the water turned on as expected, but then it wouldn’t turn off. Legacy Plumbing sent a plumber to perform a warranty replacement free of charge. The new valve cartridge works as expected, and my shower is usable again!

The issue was resolved on their first visit. Doug was very pleasant and friendly.

We were really impressed with the entire process with Legacy Plumbing. Kris Wallace took our call for service and was very professional, offering the possible amount we should be expecting to paying given the service problem we presented her with. She gave us a two hour time range for our service. On the day of service Kris called to let us know he could come earlier than expected which worked great for us. Kris told us the representative's name, color of shirt he would be wearing and described the vehicle he would be driving. Doug Holden our service provider showed up at the designated time with a smile ready to work once our golden retriever pup left him alone. Doug also was very professional and proficient, tackling the job of clearing the drain in our guest bath quickly. He cleaned up after finishing - I couldn't even tell he had been in the bath room. One of the main things I couldn't help but notice about both Kris and Doug is that they truly seemed to like what they were doing. We highly recommend Legacy Plumbing and will definitely use them again should the need arise.

Kelly with Legacy Plumbing is a skilled and knowledgeable plumber. He cleared the bathroom sink drain and advised me on something I could buy to put in our drains that would help keep them clear. I asked his advice on two plumbing issues and mysteries I've had, and he solved them both. No one else through the years has known what he knew. He has experience in Plumbing from installing plumbing on foundations and in walls of houses and in home interiors. Kelly is personable and professional. I have found Legacy Plumbing to be excellent in every way and will continue to use them in the future.

I was given an estimate before he came and he met the estimate. The adjustments were made and he in fact identified a water leak in a line for which I'll call the builder and ask it be repaired. Legacy plumbing is in fact contributing labor and materials for a house our church is building which is a significant contribution to the community. I have member a number of their plumbers and they are all courteous, professional and well dressed. The person who scheduled the appointment was very professional and accommodating to meet my wife's schedule. Absolutely will use Legacy Plumbing for all our plumbing needs.

Kelly was there on time, was very professional, explained in detail what he would do, and I could tell immediately he knew what he was doing. He did a great job replacing my toilet flange. Kelly never tried to upsell me or recommend services I didn't need. In fact, he provided some great tips on clearing some drains on our pool deck, he checked the sewer lines with a video camera, and tested our water pressure all free of charge. Legacy may not be the cheapest plumbing service out there, but, as the old saying goes, you definitely get what you pay for. I wouldn't hesitate to use Legacy Plumbing and specifically Kelly McGinn in the future.
